Hate to break it to you but hes had literally 1 update in almost 3 years, and it was a partial update whats worst is it wasn't new stuff it was stuff he pulled from a previous update because he wanted to "fix" things.. and after that massive long wait? we got 97 renders... the second half of the date and i shit you not that was it. Followed by a promise of "the rest of the episode will be out within a month" which he stretched and stretched followed by excuse after excuse and here we sit today still. Think the worst tipping point was last year ((2024)) that he said "If i miss this update ill stop all payments till the END OF THE YEAR!" Hi missed it, didnt make it 48 hours before he posted on discord having changed his mind and flat out said "if you dont like it you can leave"

It's funny in a way - he writes a MC that is portrayed as the nicest person you could imagine, and then goes and pulls dick moves regularly. He'd be a goldmine for a psychiatrist.

Surprising amount of folks still coming here to ask, so here's a blanket answer for everyone who drops in to ask about an update: The current version is E13-Final.
E13-B1 was released in December of 2023. The rest of that episode was promised for at least January 2024. Episode 14 was allegedly already being worked on at this point as well.
This was a massive lie... The final version of E13 wouldn't release until May 2025.
Since then the developer has made many promises and kept none of them. Many vague excuses and apologies were posted but nothing to show for any of it. It's been made abundantly clear they are baiting their Patreon and SubscribeStar subscribers with fake progress updates to earn an easy paycheck.
E14 won't be released.

So, the hilarity in my playthrough continues....
I know it was used as a plot device to drive it forward, but it's so hilariously unrealistic that it's just a big WTF scene, including the sex at halftime... I mean seriously, lol.
Think I'ma turn my brain off for the rest of the game, it's just total fantasy at this point - doesn't even resemble reality anymore.
Not sure what the developer was thinking here.. maybe he never actually turned his brain on when writing the first exhibition game. The opposing team would all have been ejected in the first 5 minutes of play.

It's honestly the only reason I'm still playing, other than the sexy scenes. The story is so hilariously bad.. I mean.. the ending of that exhibition game was just WTF bad. It's amazing how out of touch some writers are with reality, and yet they try to write their stories IN reality.

It's a game about some guy that got a college scholarship to play basketball but the rules make no fucking sense regardless of being an exhibition or a season match because the sport is the same... No wonder why they were struggling before MC came round His writing of the basketball "preseason" game (and I use that term VERY loosely), it appears to be from the perspective of someone who has learned basketball from such stellar depictions as "White Men Can't Jump" and just about any other made for TV/Movie story about basketball in general. Toss in some MMA pre-fight interviews transposed to college basketball, and voila!Oh. Welp, now you know
That goes double for the "Zero to Hero" subtext for the team itself. Again TV/movie drama.
Don't get me wrong, I understand the game to the extent that I know one superstar can make a difference; where a zero win team can win a championship the following season with the addition of an elite player, but that's usually at the high school level, not college and certainly not the pros. That and college level and pro level, usually the epic player becomes a magnet for other above average to all star type players.

Erm, realism of any kind at this point in the "story" (which imho is next to non-existing or just WTF in general and nowhere near based on any possible kind of real person or circumstance) is in general way too much to ask from "poor BD" (disclaimer: sarcasm!!!!) who just wants to milk his patrons at Patreon or SubscribeStar with totally unnecessary remakes or redos of any kind of his BS braindead storylining or renders and empty promises...
I mean the MC is just by himself so fictional that there is in no way any kind of resemblance to any form of high-school/college basket ball player in and by itself. It is a game after all and I have no issue with fiction or fantasy, but if you try and anchor your story in reality then for fuck's sake make it believable in some way...
All this ^^ ranting is all just my personal humble opinion of course.
