I think the mistake is treating her like a client wanting a baby cuz I don't think putting a baby in her is the sole reason for her being in the game. Sure she started out as just another client when she was being built but it seems like she evolved into something very different once BD started writing her. I say this because you are introduced to her regardless of whether you say yes to her pictures or not (I checked) and if you do say no at no point does Rachael ever actually talk about knocking her up all she asks of you is to be the poor girls friend. If she was just another client like the others you would have no interaction at all after saying no.

Either way I find her freakin adorable and if she wants me to be her Daddy I will happily oblige

• up until her father's death 2 years ago numerous attempts to forcefully take her back have been made

You could just as easily say Tali is her own captor as she herself decided to break free from her father and to never go back. Although it's very possible that she wasn't mature enough to understand and foresee the ramifications of her chosen course of action.
