Last thing on the subject from me, thanks to Braindrop, we know Wendy was in earshot as she spent most of the time sneaking into the car while the talking then beating was going on, and only drove when the MC was not in the path of the car.

Sorry I was just trying to get the facts in order for everyone. There is a lot of misunderstanding on what people are referencing so I was trying to put everything we know together. Plus I am bored with this topic too as it has been discussed to death and without knowing how BD wants to proceed legally or what happened while the MC was out cold it is all speculation. I had not seen that confirmed. If and im going on good faith that is the case (because the game does a bad job at giving the reader this information) then there might be a world where SYG laws do protect Wendy.

I brought it up you can see Wendy in the car very early on before the fight starts. BD pointed there are a few scenes before this where you can see her head popping over the back wall, and then her foot as she tires to sneak into the car. The below shot is good as you see her in the driver seat just barely make out her hair. Hell she could have been on the phone with the cops at this point or recording the whole event with her phone.
That wasn't what i was saying. There's a difference between her being able to see what's unfolding and hear what's unfolding. Especially given it's all text and there's no way to tell who heard what.
For how close that car is I think she could hear just fine. Also there are clear times when Ryker is shouting. I also think that if the MC could here the security guard call for help being inside the building she should have been able to hear them as well being maybe 10-15 feet away max.

Yeah that is what I was referencing too, I just found it is easier to see her in the car then over that wall. A few shots later you can spot her shoe under the door as well.
But that was the scene He was talking about. Maybe some people (like this update) interpret some scenes differently?
Okay and if in the next episode she says anything about what she heard then i'll believe it. I'm not saying it's impossible or that she didn't but that the game does a real poor job at getting across who heard and saw what.
