There is a little more to it than that...That's a little bit more complicated than that in fact.
Legally (globally european law in much countries not american one. I don't know about american one):
Incest is a crime in some country. But the crime of incest is not included as such in the Penal Code. He is only found in aggravating circumstances of rape or indecent assault, without ever being named.
It's morally considered as a crime but not really legally, so if you commit it you will be judged by people and condamned because the moral rule the world. And it's a good think in my eyes. I have two little girl they will always be my babies, my most precious thing. I just call in this case about a game.
And for the judgement on cour, if you are married with the dad, you will be judged except if the dad is dead because if the real parent is dead that become morally prohibited not forbidden.
Adopted or remaried, forbidden
Same but parent dead, morally prohibited
But in our case in the game, no marriage, and no adoption I think.
I understand the patreon rules, and I understand even more Braindrop choice to respect them. All patreon creators game would be the same, that's just logic...
Not a question of law but patreon rules. The law differs on some country and keep extremly wave. It's just an moral heritage of a roman rule and our minister never make it a law (they would be).
That was just for information note. Sorry to come with this again. Stay the same sir Braindrop you make a good work and your choice on respecting patreon rules is the good one. We just dream of...It's human when this is about a game.
Besides remove the word incest and the authority that Azel has had over the mc is enough to end her up in jail In parts of the US if she were to fuck him.
As this is seen as either sexual assault or sexual misconduct in several states. Caregivers, teachers, priests, and cops... anyone with "power" over another...
All of this is moot though since soon the vn will be safer for those that can't take no for an answer...
