All girl-girl will be optional and it starts to ramp up soon.
I was a little against it at first and I only include things I like in the game, but I've changed my opinion on it since a while ago. the redo will also feature some more. Not from characters now but a few one offs.

(It'll also be three way optional. MC can allow it and be involved in the group activites, MC can allow it but never see or hear about it, and MC can keep them all for himself. )

WIll there be a lot of lesbian sex from now on? Because I'm not a fan of it happening in harems, I mean the thing is the girls are sharing the MC because they like him, them suddently turning bi would make 0 sense.

So will for every scene involving lesbian sex, exist a sex scene where it doesn't happen and the sex is normal, or will we get less content because we don't want to share them? I mean will you do 3 lesbian sex scenes, but also do 3 alternatives sex scene for those that choose to get all the girls for themselves?, which is the logical thing since they girls are interested in the MC not sure how will you explain them all turning bisexual overnight when most were straight as an arrow so far. Or will you just give more scene for those that are into sharing? I think the content should be more focused in the MC and the girls, and lesbian should be a really minor part.

If you can not turn the focus from now on, from the MC and his girls, to the girls fucking each others and forgetting the MC, it would be cool

Look before i begin i want to clarify. I don't blame anyone who is a supporter of BD to suspend their support. I also don't blame others for questioning intentions, especially since money is involved. What I'm about to say isn't a defense of BD, it's actually more accurately a statement of reality.

So first off, if you don't want to support don't support, if you don't trust BD then follow your gut. But don't mistake your support as a contract or a purchase. The only thing BD owes Patreons are the tier based rewards. If you continue supporting him understand that's exactly what you are doing, supporting him. The project survives off of donations and generosity. You aren't backing the project as an investor, you are supporting the Dev for the projects that he's working on. This isn't go fund me where you are giving money for a specific product, person or service. On Patreon you specifically support creators because you enjoy what they create.
I want you to truly understand what that means here. You aren't owed anything other than teir rewards. That's it. So support for the creator is exactly that, support. You are paying for his doctors appointments, his marriage, his home, his funerals. His food and all his other bills, as well as supporting his machine/machines, programs, models and more.
Can he achieve as much without you? Obviously not, it's not in his best interest to do things that affect or hurt his fan base so i think i see a few things that i want you to consider.

1. He's been very forthcoming with information this whole time. This is a good sign that he's still communicating. The Tyrant went dead and not a word from it's creator. Devs generally stop communicating as much when they are given up on a project.

2. Covid 19 did happen. I know it's memes and all of that, but still this pandemic has had a huge affect on everyone's mental health. He has had alot happen in his life and as someone whos gone through simular things i can understand how that affects you. Keep in mind depression and anxiety affects everyone different but i think it affects BD simular to how it affects me. It's like loosing the will to do anything and the only way i get out of my huge dumps is with proper medication, therapy and lots of support. So yeah people might be getting banned from his discord for speaking out. But when your like this thay negatively does more damage than anything, you can't be around it to get moving again.

I guess what I'm trying to say is bail if your going to bail, but if your sticking around do so for the right reasons and be supportive. If by August nothing has changed i recommend at that time to leave but until then, let's just say that even though I'm not a patreon myself, i just don't believe he's milking it or even lying. I believe that this game blew up huge and the expectations that landed on BD were likely more than his anxiety could handle, coupled with tragedy followed by depression is the perfect recipe for this kind of disaster. Everyone grieves and handles anxiety and depression differently. You can tell when playing that this game and it's story means alot to the guy and that he enjoys sharing it so I'm going to give it a little longer.

Well, seeems like a lot of patreons didn't like the recent choices made by the dev, seen as he went from 3400 or so subs to 3050.

Maybe this will wake him up and make him stop delaying the release, and finally get an update in the game, not whatever that was of DITLO. I'm sure if asked he will say it was a success and that patreons loved it, but it had not much comments and likes in the post of patreon and now losing more than a hundred patreons maybe he won't be seeing it like that, but who knows.

Now if he was afraid of the release, he should be worse now, because after this many unsub patreons, if he didn't deliver what he promised again, I'm not sure it will just be a few hundreds that leave. It must be shocking to see that many leaving after releasing something, I'm sure if instead of the thing he released, it was the normal update that was promissed, finished and delayed for a long time now, he would not lose any patreon but instead gain more, but well let's see if he can deliver what he promises now, I'm not too optimistic but we will see.

Nice try but thats not why he "lost" all those patrons, creators always losses a big chunk of patrons on the 1st of every month.

If you look at the statistics though it's atypical in several ways; the drop in patrons started before the end of the month, which is not normal. Also it's the lowest it's been since November, and at the end of last month it was the lowest it's been since last June. Those are not healthy numbers.

I'm not one to focus on the numbers. I was a little concerned that I may drop a lot of patrons this month not because of the money or anything it just sucks to annoy those that support you.
All things considered I was shocked at how many stuck around because I'm the first one to admit that I've put them through some bullshit. I really expected to lose a lot more than just slightly more than normal. I guess most that wanted to leave already did before the month ended.

Contrary to what some in this thread believe. Losing patrons is not a motivating thing... at least not for me.
I know a lot want to believe I'm some evil guy trying to dupe all my supporters but the truth is that I'm not motivated by money. I paused a shit ton in the past and the only reason why I'm slower to do so now is because I have a wife and kid that I have to provide for and yes I am paid too much but I'm also spending a shit ton of time away from them to work on this and I don't control how much I make.
I try to be as transparent as possible and the truth is that this won't last forever. I have to get what what I can while I can.
But even so I've never marketed this game, never made deals with other devs to advertise me besides those that just asked if they could. I didn't put my game on steam mainly because it's being redone and I don't want to cash grab shit that's being changed. I've never asked for monetary support and I try to make it clear to all my patrons that they can leave at any time. They don't owe me anything.
Ffs I'm "active" on a pirate forum, that's pretty counter intuitive to the whole trying to dupe people part.
But anyway, people sticking around with me even after everything is the most motivating thing ever. It's cheesy as fuck but knowing others believe in me really helps get me through this.

I can't speak for people who are paying to support the game, since I'm not one of them, I just think the game is good and you should take the time you need to be happy with what you release in a reasonable way, I like the game and I'm losing no money with you being late in updates etc, I feel a lot of people are forgetting there is a person behind the screen but they also have the right to be a bit angry if they have stakes in this whole thing.

Me personally though? I don't give a shit, I'll play some other dope games till there is enough updates to make getting back into WVM reasonable. Good luck with everything though, no point making a game you yourself aren't happy with after all, take the time needed to get back into it and then try and stick with it.

Words from a random guy who has never developed a game before but eh, I like the game so I wanna see and play more of the game. I hope you can clear your head and see the direction you wanna go, family comes first though, which is a given.
