I facepalm a lot of your posts because they are really stupid, bro. Like, you are arguing with another user (ApexAlex) the point that they explicitly made and repeatedly saying they haven't considered that point.
I don't think the game should be done after 3 years, nor do I think seeing a game is important. I do think that, based on what we've seen of the plot, the basketball games will have some role in the story. And the fact that we are three years in, the last year of which has seen fewer than 600 renders, and we haven't even seen the pre-season exhibition game suggests that the game is basically making no narrative progress.
Sure, lots of games have some narrative device or plot element that is there but its details are secondary to the plot. But, imagine if in a game like Being a DIK, or something, after three years the MC had never gone to a fraternity party.
I don't care that much about the fraternity parties, or the fraternity. But, it is clear that the fraternity is a central part of driving the story forward; things happen at the parties, people are met, interactions occur. If we see nothing involving this central part of the story after three years, it is really reasonable to be skeptical of any forward progression occurring.
