Can't understand why use godot over renpy, I'm unable to save because nothing happens.
wyldspace where are located saves files? Maybe I'm restricting access to that folder

Crashed at the first quest using sandboxie plus, so for now I'm unable to play this game
saves are in (on windows) %appdata%\Godot\app_userdata\Wyldspace

game runs fine for me in sandboxie with internet restricted. game does sometimes crash when clicking too fast, but i think that's unrelated to sandboxie, and a workaround is to just click slower during the problematic transition scenes

Combat and especially capturing is needlessly annoying without the T3 patreon skills.
Between not being able to capture randomly even though they have no clothes to the goblins killing the girls, holy fucking shit.

Wyldcodes mod

Version:
v1.0.1 for Wyldspace v0.2.6.4

Install:
extract zip to same folder as exe, and run Wyldspace-modded.cmd to launch game

Features:
enables Tier3 without code
enables IC patch (in text laura: friend->cousin, her dad: boss->dad)
includes Godot Mod Loader, customized for this game
we seeing a update on that?

To make impossible for people to jump dialogue (like Renpy with Control key) and test other choices to unlock scenes that are locked, so people pay for the Total Override option to save time (time is always short in modern society, and dev want to stonks on it).

So in a nutshell: Harder engine to crack to try to force people into the "pay to fap" option, unless you wanna spend hours without a skip dialogue option until you finally unlock what you want.

Not going that well for him, only 101 supporters.

As an EXAMPLE, another game:
NTR PHONE is a niche game, with simple art that happens on a phone (but good writing, like Wyldspace) where dev already said he don't care about patreon codes being shared on F95 (need patreon to access to exclusive girls storyline), have 3.117 subscribers (wyldspace 101). And I'm sure its dev have a LOT less work with his art and coding than Wyldspace.

Who would have imagined that thinking on the customer and dont blue balling him on day 15 or something, to force him to restart the game and play for minutes to MAYBE (if he writes all choices in a paper to be sure to make it all different, without ANY skip dialogue option) get the scene he wants (if not, redo it 2-3-4 times), was going to attract people to support because they want the dev to succeed and the game to continue.

Crazy.

And this is a good example of what I said above, dev is fucking up potential customers to try to get paid for his work, instead of making his game friendly to potential customeurs. ANY game that does it is a success.


Wyldspace is a good dev on rendering, making the scenes, creating the suspension and writing, but for sure he need some insight into product marketing. If his approach was a better engine with skip dialogue options and not locking 'quality of life' options on the game, or the option to get a scene you want (at least make an ingame walkthrough that collor the option to know what it'll cause in the future, since we cant choose the dialogue we want if we want a certain path), this game would easily have more than 5k supporters.

I'm convinced that many Patreon supporters due so because they love your product and want you to thrive, not because they are impatient. So publishing your work to a pirate site can actually make your game more successful. I have no money but still manage to support two games because I want them to succeed.

Okay, so. Just started, got in the vr game, got dumped in the guild hall room and there seems to be nothing to do.

I can check the log book and see the girls are on quests but the only action I can do is hit the wait button. Please tell me i'm missing something and there is something for me to do?

No you're not missing anything, waiting and doing nothing is how it all starts. :LUL:
Later on you will be given more options but yea...for a day or two, I forget, waiting awaits you.

those lines aren't an issue, they just mean you're using the free public version on here instead of the private SS version.

everything there looks fine, looks to me like the mod loaded and worked

i guess send me the save file so i can try an reproduce the error? when does the error happen, what happened right beforehand? does an earlier save file work? does that save work with the new game version without the mod?

Nothing major happens, it happened twice not doing anything. It doesn't crash so much as just shuts down but I did try it with pre existing save so might be that. I'll try it on a sparkly new one and see if that works.

The game by itself tends to shut down quite often, especially if you end up clicking too fast.
For me, it doesn't have anything to do with the mod.
