What? I just made a post with a screenshot. Where Willow does over 10k damage in the first turn against the final boss. The final boss has over 900 health, at least on hard mode. Have you ONLY been playing with the basic cards and never taken any cards or any items? I'm having a bit of trouble seeing, how you would end up in the situation. Where max health is the major concern. You won't need more health, if you block all the damage. You won't need max health, if you kill everyone fast enough. Is this a troll post?

If it's real. Please give us some details about the deck. Click on the heart icon at the top right corner.

Press print screen on the keyboard and show us your build.
I am currently replaying so don't have the last deck before the boss, but currently I am going after Willow the second boss and play as Lia.

It's a very bloated deck. You'll have poor consistency and the're barely any good block cards in the bloat. You also don't seem to have deleted a single card. Deleting bad cards like punch is vital.

About the cards themselves: I haven't had much luck with self heal. The effect and block is simply too weak. Relying on and being able to trigger her X-Power is much more feasable. That is being able to utilize having all that corruption, while being able to remove it at the end of every turn.
Most of the cards in your deck are simply "slightly better punch". There's no direction. Lotus+ seems to have gotten some love. If you want to build your deck around that card, then you need some card draw. The Charge N' Wait's especially if upgraded supports this card greatly. I'd add another one of those in the deck. The problem for them in your deck is that they have to work against all that bloat. They'll be unable to have you draw Lotus+ consistently. Lotus+ pairs well with the heavy hit status effect, yet the're none of those in the deck.
Old trick is not a bad card, but it's mainly used to copy Powers. Powers are those cards with an orange symbol on the card, instead of the red sword (attack) or a blue star (utility). Could also be used to copy a key exhaustable attack card. Lotus is neither and a deck focused on this skill doesn't need 'em.

Something like a boil+ card wouldn't entirely go amiss too. Mostly for it's card draw, but the little bit of explosion helps too.

Here's how I would build a deck around Lotus:

It'll probably be easier to start over :(.

Get just a few good attack cards in the start. Like 2-3. Only 3 if you weren't able to get any really good attack card. Focus on deleting punches and raising relationship level moreso than anything. Add utility fusions to the DEF cards, if you haven't, found any good utility cards. Find 1 or 2 decent attacks in the starting shop. Lia has a common triple attack card, which is really good. It's more than good enough for the endgame. Get some explosion or strength from utility cards to really rock that card. Don't overdo it with those either, just a 1 or 2 in the start. Elites elites elites. They are probably the most important to attack. Raises relationship level, get's you money, and a card. Although many times it's better to not take any cards, if they are bad or don't do enough.

somehow the game gave me a blackscreen after defeating the forth boss. Tried to reload and fight the boss again, and again nothing is there, just a black screen....:oops:

I got my balls kicked by the RNG in the shop and card reward. And had to settle. I did manage to get a lotus in the middle of the first area. I got Clara's gloves through an event. I aimed for her initial energy item and initial draw item... got either.

Here is my Lia deck after clearing the first area:

After the second area:

Is the deck great? Not really, but it gets the job done. It did defeat the boss in the last area in two turns, where the first turn was mostly spend setting it up for the spike damage. Plus it has sort of reached its peak. The next few steps will be minor improvements.
I'd like to have another Pursuit (infinitely kicking the opponent) instead of the Hit-and-Run card. It was good in the start, but not really needed. I'll probably have enough block, if I upgrade the rest of the DEF cards. The Together card is probably also not needed, but I've come to find it too fun in its use. What this deck currently could use is one or more energy gain cards and another boil. I'm taking a little dinner break.

Wow, cool. Thanks for explanation. I still have no idea what I am doing as I for example do random upgrades and that's it.

Which Heroine has the best Items?
It really depends on your build. Willow's mask is really good if you have a lot of low cost attack cards. Clara's Hairband which draws you 2 extra cards and the other item which gives you more energy are both good too. Felicia has the hot towel which gives you reload. Generally most of the items are really good. I think, Lia might be the exception. Her items are in many parts mostly suited for her own build.

This is more or less a rule of thumb, not a complete picture:
Clara: The most general and straight forward items. Good in all builds.
Felicia: Generally good, but a tinsy tad more specialized. Good in almost all builds.
Willow: More specialized and really strong if used correctly. Great in many builds.
Fia: Completely specialized and very strong in those builds. Awesome in a few builds.

Is it safe to assume that if you're familiar with the card mechanics from other (non-porn) games the Normal difficulty will be too easy? I saw a comment saying Hard mode was still pretty easy but I'm trying to decide on first playthrough just skipping normal and going into hard.

I did that and made a subpar deck since I got curious about the mechanics. Yet I still won on hard mode.

Just kinda went blind into this, this game is very cool! Somehow the music and gameplay feel very chill. Just what i needed after Elden Ring DLC...

Got a question regarding one of the endings:

From my understanding the escape ending is the real ending. The final boss is not even evil per se. She is sort of a grunt in the system. She sort of found a way to escape, much of what she says is an act for those above her. Giving you time to actually escape. I skipped through most of it, so I'm not entirely sure. That was just the gist I got from it.

Taking the special options (usually the 2nd choice out of the 3) unlocks this path. Should you take the normal or corrupt path. You get to choose one of the endings with the chosen angel.

Thing is, I used the 'Unlock all CGs' option in the gallery (because I'm weak-willed), and there's one scene where Neo bangs the BBEG while she's being held down by the other angels- that's what I want to get.

She also has a fusion which does the same. Really useful on card cycles. The daggers are a Lia thing. Having at least one Charge N' Wait makes the daggers from Death Disciple hit twice thus progging the corruption trigger twice.

Willow's real danger isn't in her poison, it's for ability to go infinite like this:

The Boil cards from Lia combined with Willows ult.

Makes them cost 0 while drawing a bunch of cards, lots of damage gains from explosion, and infinite energy with items like hot towel. This is still turn one. I damaged the slime a bit before going infinite. As I had to make a bit of room for some exhaustables, allowing the cycle to begin.

Decided to have a little fun on the boss fight:

You just need to win the game for the first time, before you got to choose heroine ending you will get that scene.

I got this by playing on Normal. Started with Clara, then Willow, then Felicity and at last Lia. Only Clara's and Willow affections were maxed and I think Felicity was around 3 or 4, Lia I didn't even get to interact with. All of them had their normal love routes i.e. no brainwashing etc depraved options. You still have to choose one of the heroines ending but the scene with them holding Sharon down and fucking her plays out.
