The steamy rough sex, hyper-stamina, messy cumplay, free-use, sexualisation, hyper-femininity, overwhelming pleasure, pregnancy/breeding, and eager debauchery are all extremely sexy and well expressed through the combination of music, written paragraphs, vignettes, and edited media clips.
The earlier content which is mostly just unedited porn footage with QTE's and minimal writing are very dry in comparison, and what put me off the game initially, but it's come incredibly far. I greatly prefer it when real-porn games prioritize writing, using composite gifs/webm's and audio to accentuate the erotica.
I haven't experienced absolutely everything, but bimbo Bree, Hailey, Mariselle, the corporate party, and the new bimbo player content are my absolute favourite parts so far.
The writing does an extremely good job empthasising the women's pleasure and orgasmic bliss through little details about their body language, and the cock/ball worship and cumplay has some delightfully twisted prose. I do find it frustrating how slutty outfits increase the odds of you getting the (more) annoying guy archetypes to hit on you, I often find myself temporarily wearing her expensive ball gown when searching for sugar daddies instead of her literal sugar daddy outfits, which is inconvenient.
Cassidy getting described as having the body of a fertility goddess definitely adds up, plus her partners saying her massive tits and physique are built for being a preg-slut.
The mini-games are interesting, but I mostly turn them off unless I am trying new scenes. They are mostly interesting if vignettes are built into them, which is unfortunately rare. Weaving the smut into the gameplay more would definitely benefit, but I do really like the stat management minigames during certain sex scenes, although unfortunately a lot of the older ones lack writing.
The only content I didn't really enjoy was the secretary, I don't know if i'm stupid, but I actively cannot play the wordle minigame unless I look up the possible wordlist before-hand, and the scenes weren't particular sexy to me, same with the step-dad.
I might ramble about lore in the future, as it does seem a bit at odds with some of the kinks, but that's wait and see.

Agree! I tested it some days ago for another issue and it runs untouched into my wife's MAC, as it should be. I also run it under Windows 10 without issues like that. So, to start, I'd try it in another PC if you have one. Same thing: Uncompress Game + browser + java. That should be enough.
Not sure about this one but sometimes there are older java installs that keep installed even if you install a new one. Oracle uses to warn you about that for you to uninstall old java first. Current version I have is "Java 8 Update 144" (got from Control Pannel).
By installed game I meant just uncompress the 7z file to its default folder, wherever HD you decide to put it. I suppose the game itself alone is running fine in your browser, right?

You may want to uninstall previous java versions first, from Apps & Features in Control Panel. Do a search for "Java", "JDK", "JRE".
You can right-click the mod-loader.jar, make sure it is unblocked (right click -> properties). If it doesn't open automatically, right click -> open with... -> more apps... -> Look for another app -> Find folder C:\Program Files\Eclipse Adoptium\jdk-21.0.X.X-hotspot\bin -> choose javaw.exe (note the w in the name), and tick always use this app
