I think the most boring part of the current game is the housework cleaning content at home. I hope there can be more erotic content in the home scenes.

The housework cleaning gives way to some different actions mainly related to Dad and Alexia. For example if you skip your home duties, Dad will "force" you to take the "Maid" ipll. Not sure if in anytime he tries to fuck you as maid. Anyway it works on friendship, dominance and other stats regarding Dad and Alexia.
Not sure about "shower". Dad definetely peeps on you while you're showering as female. However never saw him take any action beyond the peeping. He sure does when you're into the secretary role.

Man, the office "dating" mechanic for male characters fucking SUCKS so hard right now.
Literally every single interaction is just random chance on how the person will react most of the time with none of it making any sense.

For example: Do you worry about animal welfare?
Answers: "Of course, I love animals!" "I support animal shelters!" and my favorite, "Meh, I couldn't be bothered"

Like seriously, what the fuck are these kinds of interactions and why does choosing the 'wrong' choice result in them disliking you and finding you less attractive, especially when two of the answers in every single fucking question are basically the same thing!?

I know the creator loves using AI for everything, but jesus fuck this is something that really needs actual care and attention for it to be anything other than annoying BS, and if I learn that my coworker has the same exact trait 30 times in a row without learning ANYTHING else about them, then learning anything about them is a complete waste of time!
Also kinda annoying that literally everyone else can buy pills just to fuck with the player as a secretary, but the only secretary you get to interact with is off limits until you reach desk level 4 JUST TO START GRINDING HER STATS.

Like seriously, the new office mechanics are nice in concept, but they fucking suck so hard right now, and not in the fun way.

EDIT: IN ADDITION Why the hell do the coworkers lose respect for you doing literally the exact thing that ALL of them are doing to the player?
Like you lose respect for sexually harassing them, but they suffer absolutely no consequences for literally forcing themselves onto the player? Da fuq!?
The whole premise of the game is that it is a liberal wonderland of sexual expression and freedom, but literally any time the player does anything sexual at work it is put in a negative light?

Yeah I mentioned it before, the male playthrough focuses heavily on sissification/betafication. If you want a normal/dominant male playthrough you basically have to grind extremely heavily/save scum/cheat. That's just the flavor of this game, it's submissive centric

My male playthroughs typically involve getting the sales job, then selling pills until I can get a level 4 desk, at which point you can get Hailey to prevent a single demo per day which is massively helpful, if you also get your relationship up with her, and a private office, you can entirely prevent demos so you never have to be a girl unless you get spiked. Most of the time you will be spending time at the bar fucking women there, and hopefully stealing them away Bruce. So I would like to know what your male playthroughs look like. I don't think I've ever seen any sissification, being cucked by Bruce sure, if you screw up with Alexia and you want to bang her.

I tried the honest playthrough but I don't dig transformation at all (ironic, right? considering the game) but demos are pretty important to generating money and imo, that's not a straight male playthrough anymore if you have to demo. Without the demo, I feel your income gets shot pretty hard. I also don't deal with Hailey since I consider her a guy, which imo, is not a straight male playthrough.

edit: I consider this genre sissification since the PC is too eager to get on his/her knees the moment a dick presents itself to him/her. Yes the physical form might be female, but the person is one and the same. So IMO, the PC is a sissy. You can have max 100 mascullinity and identity but the moment you pop a pill you jump on the nearest dick. Demos do make you some money at the start, but as you gain more promotions they pale in comparison to just up selling the first set of dodgy pills with the horrific side effects and a kickback. You don't need to do anything sexual with Hailey if you don't want to (just be friendly with her), but then you can only get a single demo scrubbed per day, where as with the private office and her giving you a blowjob you can entirely negate all demos for the day. As I have gotten my stats super high via the Mutatio shop in the Mall, you can really upsell massive amounts of pills by taking the maximum hit and then burning all your bonuses for a big boost to the closing rolling, then just slurp down a bunch of bubble zip to restore them and repeat, with the desk bonus and any left over Haily Secretary bonus (and increasing your comission via promotions) you can make an absolute mint, and all this is quite doable if you have the patients (which you might not), I even prefer to do it from the "Loser" starting position, which while tricky give really nice XP gains if you sell all your stats down to 1.

I really hate doing demos as you usually end up getting a slut rep at work, and also even though you make some money, you give up the remainder of the day AND the next day earnings as well, so the best time to get a demo is last thing on a Friday so you don't lose too much of the day, and don't lose a work day as you can work on the weekend. Another trick you might want to try is buying good leads from Drew (in the break room) he sells warm leads for $25 and Warm High Volume Leads for $65, if you are pretty good at the pill selling, this a really good way to make a ton of cash.

It's just extremely grindy cuz the general shift is towards submissiveness/female playthrough/transformation (which rightly so, was the dev's goal with the game)

I did the pill selling myself for a while in my 'legit' playthrough, but again it was extremely grindy. I noticed mutato was the end goal if you wanted to max your char stats but the conversion rate was pretty unfavorable if memory serves correct. A lot of grind for marginal benefits. If the grind is fun and rewarding, I don't mind but I play the game to fap so I wasn't really interested in spending hours just playing office sim with a chance of being 'gay'. Thus, the pacing felt extremely disproportionate between effort and reward. Hence I streamlined it to cater towards my own preferences (picking up girls at the bar and knocking them up, powered by bottomless money and max stats)

edit: also, I found your first impression sex with the girl you want a big schlong for +relationship points (attractiveness/like/respect/etc) so if you really want a great first impression with the girl you're basically abstinent until you've maxed mutato

I wouldn't call you primitive, you have been nothing but polite, which I am extremely grateful for, some people can be real prickly when you so much as question one of their decisions, so I thank you for engaging openly and giving me your insight.

Mutatio can feel a little grindy, the trick with it is to not just sell off stats whenever, only when they cannot be improved any further, and then when you come to do the enhance, you need to be in female body, as you get a big discount on the mutation points (and maybe the cost too? not entirely sure about that), although obviously since you are not a fan of the whole becoming a girl thing, that might not be for you, although just popping a basic on the day, does mean that you are only female for the evening and next morning before it wears off. The only thing you can't enhance is your cock when in female form (duh obviously ).

I do find it a bit odd that all the girls in the bar are size queens, it would be nice if there was a better selection of girls who had different preferences, although given how many porn clips are needed to do the sex scenes you can hardly blame the author for not including more, and for those that really want them there are mod, I just dislike mods as it is too easy for a save to be broken when the game is updated if the mod maker has moved on.

Yes I think transformation/gender bender was just never one of my kinks and I held off on XCL forever because of its obvious direction but after perusing through some straight male playthrough comments I figured I'd give it a try. Turning into a girl (even for the briefest moments) wasn't my cup of tea, so that definitely gave me more of a grind and slowed my min/maxing. My 'gamer' mentality said 'gender swap for faster development' but my 'fap' mentality said 'hell no'

I think the dev can put in more bar girls whenever they get around to it. I'm pretty sure a couple of the custom bar girls I interacted with weren't size queens since my cheat dick had no effect on them. The mod creator (stochastic if I remember right) for the pregnancy system seems to interact a lot with the dev (as noted in her credits section) so I'm hopeful.

The nice thing is the mods seem to have a decent influence on the base game so if there's enough traction, the dev implements them into the main game. One such example is the pregnancy system. It's funny how adding the 'hey you knocked me up' event from a bar girl seems to add so much more substance to the impregnation for myself. But I can definitely relate to the dead saves from all the mod tinkering. I've started more new games than I can count, but my play through progressions are very different from typical playthroughs since I cheat the economy and stats so my playthrough is more just a dating SIM with bargirls, the celebrity woman at the night club, and Alexia (I'm not sure if it's mod only, but there's a cute little sub story in the Kokopelli mod where you go clubbing with Alexia and have some steamy moments with her at a motel) - I assume it's mod only since there is some pregnancy talk involved

I kind of get your point but in some ways Summer City is the 'straightest' (not a great word to use but does make the point) city in North America. There's no male same sex content and the female same sex content is limited to Callie and the woman you sell insta goodgirl max to and one purple encounter you meet at the mall as a guy. You would think (maybe generally i'm wrong) that with the freedom x-change provides there would be more sexual experimentation as well. Especially in a city meant to encourage all these things.
I also think all that should be avoidable as well if it doesn't suit your playstyle/taste.
On a separate point i don't think you should have to update your move tastes if you become more feminine. Seems very stereo typical. Especially when you take Alexia's tastes into account as well.

The Alexia Club/Motel stuff is in the base game. I'm almost sad that you can't do some semi-risque things in the house, other than a couple of scripted events. It would be whole lot of fun to tease each other and get daring behind your stepdad's back.
