I didn't want to comment on this without some examples to back up what i'm saying...and now I've got those examples.
The current Samus model looks like a nasty washed up prostitute from the south. something about the midface/cheekbones makes her look awful. and the hair makes it look like she is in the process of losing her hair.
There are multiple images on civitai that show how good the model COULD look with some adjustments.

i want to agree you with, but using AI images really soured the argument entirely
