Not yet. It's too small a fix to warrant reuploading the entire game and having Silma update the link. Also, if you're pausing pregnancy in the early stages then you're playing the game wrong.
Huh, okay. Was assuming it's a bug, since the game has a bunch of actual crash-inducing issues here and there.
Okay so ignore what I said earlier, CamiKaa uploaded the latest version of the mod and Silma has updated the links on the main page. Changelog is mostly just bugfixes on the eternal pregnancy mechanic and also that one guy in the upper strata.

I got the Birthing Lesson finally:
1. Get pregnant, go to fullterm (press esc, it tells you what stage you're in)
2. Go to Casino, talk to noble girl
3. Work front of casino
4. Work arena (the noble girl later mentions that you going to the arena convinced her to get pregnant)
5. I talked to the noble girl again, not sure if this is needed.
6. Use Bed
7. Go to birth in-between church and thug house, anon0 shows a picture of it 3 posts above mine.
She will be naked there when you get there, talk to her to start the scene.

Find a bug:

I'm not really sure what is the problem, but there isn't even a file named Liz in that folder.
Make sure you can run Japanese RPG Maker games either with a locale program or changing your system's locale for non-unicode programs.

Also, make sure that when you extract the zip file that contains the game, it still have Japanese words on some of the files. For example, the file for Liz world sprites inside Graphics\Characters is called リズ.png and if it's not named like that it will give out errors.
(Winrar or other programs commonly used for extracting files may change the files names if it doesn't recognize the unicode symbols such as Japanese ones)
Lastly, make sure that you also have the RTP for RPG Maker VX Ace installed:

Ah, I know what it is.
You guys have downloaded a 100% save file from the official english version, from Kagura Games, named Liz ~The Tower and the Grimoire.
The save files from that one are incompatible with this modded game version, since this mod used the original japanese base game, along the fan translation.
What it means is that when you try to load the save, it wants to load files named as Kagura did them, for example Liz.png instead of リズ.png
My favorite thing about this mod isn't just the added pregnancy content but also that the main character gets more and more into it as time goes on. She enjoys it, she's into sharing it with other people, and she's even encouraging others to give it a try. I think anything with the MC being like, "No seriously, this is amazing check it out!" is a slam dunk and you've done a great job with that so far. Thanks for all your hard work.
