that sounds like a new system all together. And as much as that makes Junior go Achtung, not too sure that's gonna be easily done considering that's gonna need to get applied to all possible variants, not just one.
if there is now way to make a system yo can make just events, for example you could add a painter npc that want to draw a massive pregnant woman (this way you can limit the event to truiplets) during the process she goes into labor and she has to old the baby inside till he's finished while not letting show tha's she constantly cuming from the contractions
or a new event in the casino where she has to old the baby inside till her shift finish
while it being a new machnic would be awesome, it doesn't have to be
So basically limiting the events to one/a few belly cg like what some the Hazumi mods do. Sounds interesting.
My two cents: I kind of wish there was a way to enter the tower and just play the rest of the game while pregnant, especially if you opt for a perma-pregnancy option. I get IRL no one wants a pregnant women in a dangerous situation, but this game is a fantasy and it's annoying to be locked out of parts of the game.
Maybe write it so the Shroud can be upgraded to have a failsafe protection for pregnant women that removes them from the tower but deducts gold/items/whatever.

Hope to increase more npc's dialogues for multiple pregnant. I really enjoy the differences in dialogues based on the number of babies in the oven
Also i'm not getting any costumes whenever i took jobs like nun, harlot, bunny...Only i costume i got is the chasity armor from the armor shop
not sure about rayton but to get the job costumes you have to talk to the job giver after the event
