If your Anti-Virus is giving you problems, I suggest adding .7z to the exclusions file type. That fixed it right up for me.
Could we get the 2.16 version in a non-7z format? Can't download the version with the DLC because of the false virus flags.
In Ryuugames the game don't give me a false positive and it also in 7z format , at least for me.
Does this new download have translated DLC? It says in the menu that the DLC is still Japanese only but was it run through MTL or something?
Nope, DLC are properly translated now despite the warning in the main menu. Pretty decent translations I would say, certainly not MTL.

Is the v2.16 uncensored? But the dlc of it isn't? If any of them isn't then can we merge the 1.16 uncen to 2.16 dlc?

It shouldn't unless its messed up cuz win def doesn't have issue with 7z for 99% of people
I have one but idk if is an old version and if is still works, also, it's only for the main game without the DLC.
