Has anyone managed to beat this thing in DLC 2, I can't get through phase 3 because my whole team got 1-shotted everytime even with full heal items

Switch to Japanese. Essentially, the boss is using cheat tackle like Chikepu/Flare, which the move has been programmed so Chikeflare wouldn't get one-shotted - that is, the code has only been implemented properly in Japanese, so when you're in other languages, the code doesn't work properly.

Afterward, use Soul Shield against the boss's Cheat Tackle rush, which massively reduces Cheat-Tackle's damage on Flare to

Here is my version of the game. So it's 2.16+dlc1 english + extracted dlc2 + extracted 3.01 from ci-en. Of course all dlc2 dialogues are japanese. New gallery with all scenes is in Bad Route location after witnessing all doors

is this for the latest version of the dlc (3.06 or sthg like that) because there were some bug in the initial release and they fixed it

Or just don't use cheat tackle aside from the intro(force you to use it). I just replace cheat tackle with other skill so i can't accidentally use it. If you reach the end of the game using only 1 cheat tackle (look at bot of screen for tackle counter), you can talk to the dev in the dev room for additional rewards.

IIRC, it's a bunch of bond thingy or soul thingy...that you won't need if you plan on using cheat tackle. Tho, the game is hella fun, I'd suggest to try and play it without using that

For DLC1 there's a special image (ofc, non-r18 related), for DLC2, there's a special fight that does actually add to your trainer level.

Audios are only for DLC scenes (including bad ending). Base game scenes don't contain them
