Probably it unlocks the blocked pathway with the doll in the 2nd floor of that one building, but since nobody who beat DLC 2 yet here cares to answer, nobody knows.

But I for sure won't try to win 50 matches only to find out.
If you meant dolls (plural) in the development buildings, those move once you defeat their respective trainers. Pics related.

Can we use RPG maker MV to change anything in game? I try but nothing changing. But I still can use Save Editor but It don't do much. Can we have Awakened Monster in our team or create new skill?

So I assume it's a bug, because somehow my full save was gone ( I beat the main game + DLC 1 completely) and I used the save from the dev room, that one starts after DLC1. But they probably didn't properly set the switches of these trainers to "beat" so I'd have to find them all again in the normal world and beat them..

I own the RPG Maker MV, maybe I can just edit that event.

Lol, seems like they are aware how OP Moostar was.
Enemy takes dmg if they miss, 50%-> 33% after nerf.
HAHAHA, fun fact I used moostar from lvl 37 YES LVL 37 because I somehow able to beat it early on and catch it after that I casually beat trainer with 10 lvl higher with minimal reset. oh well time to find new way to abuse in a new save file

It's still really good to cheese enemies that can't output enough dmg allowing Moostar stacking enough buffs, it's only less useful against high dmging enemies that KO Moostar before they miss enough times to KO themselves.

Moostar is OP when enemies give you enough time to setup and that didn't really change after the nerf.

Kurotorofu/Shadoom is still good against enemies that don't have Soft Body (immune to status)

And for some reason, they made the strongest playable Yarimon (Chikeflare) even stronger, Soul shield now also increases her accuracy, so she can now forgo Justice Strike for another STAB typeless attack that outdamages Justice Strike 99% of the time.

By the way, some Yarimons now change type on evolving from the DLC2 mons.
The exclusive moves from Gyms are tied to types and changes accordingly, but you can retain your old version by having it equipped before evolving and not removing it.

Flowicorn is wind for example and can learn it's wind Gym exclusive "Nature's Allure" move.
If you evolve it to Prismila, it turns into a light mon and if you remove Nature's Allure, it will change to the Light Gym Exclusive move "Light Flash".
So you can choose which of the two moves you want to have on that Yarimon.

classic status stacking ftw
(for anyone dont know what I mean, to unlock the broom you need to fight level 45 enemy and I beat it at lvl 20 and no cheat tackle)

Alright, I got all the DLC2 Yarimon, now time to analyse each of them, to see how viable they are, starting from the Mons that evolve from Non DLC mons:

Evolve from previous mons at lvl 101:

Batachunk <- Batapork
110 hp, 110 atk, 90 def, 80 agi, Total: 390
Seems like a balanced stats mon.
Has high power Wind attacks "Nature's Allure" and "Sonic Howl", but nothing else stands out.

Buneecle <- Bunee
270 hp, 70 atk, 60 def, 50 agi, Total: 450
Extremely high hp, but all other stats are bad.
It has a bunch of DoT skills, but no healing/buffs to wear out enemies.

Canslither <- Candoll
80 hp, 120 atk, 100 def, 60 agi, Total: 360
Only outstanding stat is atk, it's kinda slow and not very durable.
It has high power Fire attacks and a self heal "Body Regen". If it had better durability, it could outlast enemies and snowball with the buff from"Blazing Passion".

Popply <- Tickly
90 hp, 120 atk, 75 def, 110 agi, Total:395
Leans on glass cannon with good agility and atk.
Has high power light attacks, but no other useful moves.

Sporango <- Sporeacid
130 hp, 100 atk, 90 def, 70 agi, Total: 390
Pretty balanced, leans more on a tank with higher hp and lower agility
It can stall with Life Energy self heal and buff own def or lower enemy atk.

Darubenki <- Darurira
120 hp, 130 atk, 90 def, 30 agi: Total 370
(Darirua stats comparison: 110 hp, 150 atk, 55 def, 50 agi: Total 365)
They allocated the stats -20 atk and agi and added them to defense, so it leans more mightly glacier, it's bulk is now far more respectable.
It has self buff "Great Fury" and high power Fire attacks, New personality "Tighten Helmet" increases it's atk and def +1 whenever it defeats a foe, so it was meant as a slow juggernaut, unfortunately without healing and low speed, it probably get worn down fast.

Sparkisar <- Sparkitus
95 hp, 100 atk, 95 def, 135 agi
Balanced speedster stats.
Has high power Light attacks and two skills that reduce enemy defense.
Sadly no way to stack buffs on itself to snowball or a heal.

Swooshboon<- Splashsploosh
120 hp, 80 atk, 115 def, 80 agi
Tank stats.
It has self heal and "Zen Mind" to increase it's own evasion so it has good snowball potential.
Sadly the Personality doesn't counter 1 of the 3 things that can stop a sweep, so it's probably worse as a tank than Snaildome who is immune to status, Kurotorofu/Shadoom who resets stats changes or Moostar breaking stalemates.

Roamoomoon <- Roamoon
125 hp, 120 atk, 80 def, 65 agi, Total: 390
(Roamoon stats comparison: 110 hp, 110 atk, 70 def, 90 agi, Tota; 380)
They allocated the speed to increase it's other stats, it's now more of a mightly glacier, but it's defense is not very good.
It lacks a good self heal or buff, so it doesn't have snowball potential.

Gonna split the other DLC2 mon analysis, since this is around 1/4th done now.
9 done, 23 final form DLC2 left.
The other 18 DLC 2 are pre evolved and probably not worth analysing.

No, Fluffiose doesn't evolve into anything. I just finished writing the analysis on all DLC2 mons that evolved from previous mons.

ah that makes me sad :( thanks for the answer time to show the world what flufiose can do against the dlc 2 (in few days)
Wonder what skillset you like to use?
When I was analysing all Yarimons before DLC2, I was trying to see what their set would look like.

My theorycraft for Fluffiose set would be 3x Winds STAB since all non STAB attacks are often weaker even if they hit a weakness, because STAB adds the same as hitting a weakness.
Then Willow Wind in the last slot to stall 1 turn to burn off Cooldown from the best attacks.

Soft Body is really nice Personality to prevent Status, same as Chikeflare
