Ugh... Weird because I went to 072Project's website: I didn't see any update notes in DLC 2. It's still the same. Well considering that 072Project just updates based on DLSite's version, only Uncensored, what you found is probably it.

i assume you mean harbor town. Go to Big City, follow main road to the left, keep going few screens. If there human barricade-do detour by the beach.
If you meant vano village-start with Big City and go down by main road, there would be cave detour this time

Gfy fixed it for me credits to him, now i can play it uncen w/moans without cgs getting misaligned

Im having "catastrophic failure" when trying to open the file. No other games are doing that, Is it a fucked download or am i doing something wrong?

I personally found extracting the folder with 7-zip fixes the problem, if you still care.
