Ugh... Weird because I went to 072Project's website: I didn't see any update notes in DLC 2. It's still the same. Well considering that 072Project just updates based on DLSite's version, only Uncensored, what you found is probably it.

So what the Dev did basically was a Complete Edition of his game. The DLCs were removed from DLSite's shop and are now BUNDLED within the Main Game. All we have to do is wait for 072Project to follow suit.

Edit: It's weird, the CGs are uncensored in that version after copying them, but they're misaligned and the CG cuts off on the screen as if it doesn't fit the game. Nah, not worth it, just for the background moaning.

i assume you mean harbor town. Go to Big City, follow main road to the left, keep going few screens. If there human barricade-do detour by the beach.
If you meant vano village-start with Big City and go down by main road, there would be cave detour this time
