Another method is to apply un-mosaic technology or AI art transformation to restore from the censored image. I found that if you download both 1.16 and the latest with dlc, and copy the h-scene folder in www/img/pictures from 1.16 to the 2.17, all the original images are now uncensored. Not played through the whole game with it but its worked so far, dlc and added stuff wont be tho, obvs.

That's wrong. Japanese are allowed by law to ship uncensored versions to countries outside of Japan, they just can't release it uncensored in their own country.

I seem to remember that it was the Americans who made that law, so it's their fault.

There's not really any risk since digital products have 0 reproduction costs. Japanese porn game developers just need to recognize the huge market that's overseas and ship the uncensored version.

EVs exist in the form of stars/hearts shown in their stats page, no IVs (most likely to not over-complicate the system even more)

2.16 is not uncensored - you can make the base game content uncensored via copying the uncensored 1.16/7 image files to 2.16's and make base game uncensored, but dlc content will not be uncensored

Month Ago, we got the other game of Bossom Studio, the ticket's one uncensored, now getting the base game uncensored, they have been publishing at 072project their game uncensored (It's global market, that's why we are getting uncensored versions, DLSite it's asian so they need to censor to publish there while not in 072). We can estimate that they'll gonna publish it after a month (If they keep up with the monthly publishing) or in the best cases a week later (Since it's a DLC it's common to be published in less time, they are probably translating it to get it published as they did with the games)
