when a game loader... not this loader, not for this game... makes up tags for the game it’s loading... and when you don’t find these tags in the game, who do you blame??? Should you make a negative review because of inappropriate tags or complain at the loader???

You need to trigger the event with the regular Flare in her old room, which should also open up the event in your home
Then it should create a trigger near Central where you can remove Chikeflare from your party
This is correct! And you can also remove her in the Resort in DLC2. But yeah, you MUST see Flare's Events in order to be able to remove Chikeflare!

Be gentleman, don't be arrogant one. Ask kindly and describe your problem to them. Don't forget to thank them too
Okay could someone tell me, do they take away your instakill move at some point? Cause I feel there is an actual pokemon game under that I would like to play but that move makes everyting redundant. Or is that the point of the game and I'm overthinking it. I am playing on normal btw.

You can definitely play the game without using that skill (except a mandatory section), there's also a little "achievement" if you finish the game without using it. But honestly, it doesn't really matter that much
Can you go into more details about how modified the files to make 4.0 compatible with 3.0 uncen cgs? Did that cause any bug ever since?

you overthinking it, but in a good way. This game was created with intention of "play pokemon game, but without most unnecessary grind mechanics and with hentai in it". So cheat tackle was born-to just slap away random encounters and beat some overleveled solo trainer mons.
While technically this move disappear at some point, it's story progression thing, not gameplay one. Gameplay wise it gonna be with you all this time, unless you go to specific game mode.
About enjoying pokemon game without cheat move-you can in fact don't use it on your own volition AND even swap move for other one, when you finally have 4-rth skill at chike. Some folks do this(myself included), it's fun. But i strongly recommend to actually play the game with cheat tackle from start to finish once. After all, it's lore friendly. And you can enjoy game twice with a bit different flavor each time, worth it.
i don't recall specific, but you need to do all main continent ponytail girl stories(the first tsundere one) and maybe some island resort too.
