I agree about the problematic "how" she leave, now I don't think she has to be "more" than miserable for her loss because of her mistake. She didn't cheat, didn't kill anyone. She was unfair and lie, she will be sad and deserves it. Dying is for another day.

I'm red-pilled too, and for me being red-pilled doesn't mean wishing your ex's death.
Being red-pilled means identifying and calling out the bullshit that modern feminists and western institutions have spread regarding men as a group, as well as alerting society to the serious issues affecting men at disproportionately high rates that no one cares about. Being red-pilled does not involve turning into what they accuse every single man of being.
I can understand wishing your ex-wife's death if she's trying to ruin your life by making up rape accusations or something like that; I'm definitely not saying you should be allowed to kill her, but I understand the despair that made you have those thoughts. But killing her because she was an egotistic bitch and just left you? No way, man.

Dev Log #4 - Chapter 2 + Preview
This week I worked on writing many more scenes, I’m still maintaining the focus on specific routes and branches so I don’t get lost trying to do different ones at the same time.
I did some more posing in DAZ as well, the more I write the more I see how much more there is to do, so I gotta keep up!
There isn’t much to add this time since a lot of the progress was mainly on posing and writing. But I want to at least show you something, without spoiling of course...

To me Kayla is even worse. First we have Kimbitch who thaught only of herself and next to her Kayla, a person who should've been a friend to MC. Not only that she betrayed that trust but also secretly carries a tourch for MC. No thanks and you're totaly right. I also in my play could never do that to Zeke. Bros before hoes.

couldn't care less if there is a redemption arc, what she did is just plain shitty when being in a relationship as long as they were... MC handled it like a pussy too but that's another matter. No way I'd take back a girl after something like that

The characters look great, the plot is also very exciting, immersion is very strong, when kim to leave, can really appreciate the MC's sense of suffocation and loss, choose to let go of kim to leave, you can say that love is to let each other go the way they want to go, rather than become each other's hindrance, thanks to the production team to bring such a good game!
One of those rare games where is hard to choose a love interest because most of the characters are amazing.

I was thinking that the only way Kim could be redeemable was if she had found out you cheated on her with your friend (forgot her name now) Kayla I believe? but she was not acting hurt in anyway before leaving so that makes no sense. If she hadn't decided to talk to Kayla? maybe there was a tiny hope for an explanation. For me, Kim telling your mutual friend and not you seals any hope for any reason to be acceptable for continuing a relationship outside of professional/gtfo.
At this point who even knows if she is even meant to be a LI going forward she could turn into the antagonist at work for all I know, though I doubt it. Its fun to speculate and nice to have a game deep enough to consider the story implications so much. Chaquinno doing a great job.

This week I wrote a big chunk of one of the biggest events happening in Chapter 2, this is part of the introduction for the last LI and also the start of another one’s path. There are important characters showing up in here which will play important roles moving forward, I’m making sure to give them a proper introduction.
I started looking into some girl’s thematic songs now, like I did for Kim and Julia in Chapter 1. It’s not easy to find good Creative Commons license songs, especially with vocals, so I had to look inside of paid services for better ones.
Artlist remains my preferred choice since I'm already subscribed to their plan. I have come across positive and negative reviews about them, but I’m willing to take the chance and continue using their service. However, I will be cautious and limit the number of songs I use, this way, I can minimize any potential losses and explore alternative options.
This first month into the development of Chapter 2 has been quite productive, here’s hoping to keep up the pace.

The dev is probably aware, but I think Artlist was the site Drifty and Digi had copyright problems with and eventually had to remove/change half of the soundtrack of their games.
