Dev Log #8 - Chapter 4
Hey, everyone!
I’ve been posing scenes and testing the finished content over the past few weeks. There’s still quite a lot left to do, but everything is progressing smoothly.
I want to touch on some topics that came up over the past few days too;
Riley (Kimberly’s sister)
As I mentioned a few days ago on the Discord server, Riley has become quite popular since Chapter 3 was released. In fact, there have been more requests to make her a love interest than for Kimberly and Candace. Based on this feedback, I’ve made some slight changes to her storyline.
Initially, she was planned to be just a supporting character for Kimberly. However, moving forward, Riley will also be available as a romanceable character. Keep in mind that Riley will not have an in-depth storyline like the main LIs. Instead, she will have a role similar to Vera’s—with a separate storyline with some focus but not as much depth or attention as the main girls.
For those interested in pursuing her already in Chapter 4, make sure that you were supportive of Zeke at the beginning of Chapter 3, and that you’re not actively on Kimberly’s route.
Music
A while ago, I mentioned that each girl would have her own theme music. I’m happy to announce that this is now a reality. These tracks will be included in some of the girls’ hangout/date scenes from previous chapters, as part of the upcoming reworks update and, of course, upcoming updates.
All the tracks are now available on the SoundCloud playlist. You can listen to them there. The newer songs are at the bottom of the playlist.
And finally, here’s a sneak peek at some of the tough choices that will start appearing as the story progresses.

Hmmm...I like Riley, but this is now the third time the dev has bent to fan desires/whining....(and this after personally stating she will not be a LI...another harem word situation perhaps?)
That does not pose well for the long-term viability of a coherant story and it being finished. Create the VN you envisioned, stick with the story you wrote, people will like it or not. Keep changing shit to pander to people....

Don't worry, this won't hinder the overall progress of the story/ game. I have the entire story already structured through to the end for each girl's route and the solo MC route.
Adding an extra character will only introduce a few additional scenes here and there, everything is already planned.

Now make Sarah into something in between a side girl and main girl like Riley!!!! just kidding I don't think it would make any sense to do so. Makes more sense to do something like this with Riley than the other side girls imo.
Btw I forget has it been said if Riley will get an ending with her new promotion or she is just providing a little extra content. Cause even tho she doesn't have a story like a main girl I think being something a little more than a side girl but less than a main girl, could warrant a small ending nothing major like a main girl.

Nah the asian girl is Kim (Da-Som Kim) technically. Kimberly is the girl with the tattoos. Michelle's sister is Alessa. And yes it does sound like you need to replay this game.
