Hmmm...I think that's a fair assessment. i've been watching/playing this game for a while...and the development hasn't been on the fast side for sure....but when updates come out, they've been fairly substantial, so i wouldn't be surprised if it's in development for a while. it has the pace and character/plot development of something more like Summer's Gone than anything else i can think of. it's been good, but yeah, it's been sloooow

I think that this game for the quality and the size of the updates
it is blindingly fast when it comes to releases for me
and I forgot to mention you don't have to wait a million years or until the end of the game to start a relationship
like a serious relationship with the girl you love
I'm on schedule with what I set out to release this year, and the content currently in development is also within what I had planned. If there happens to be any delay, it won't be a long one—like with how the reworks update was. Unless something catastrophic happens to me.
I don't want to release updates where you play for 30 minutes and it's already done, just for the sake of pushing something out. For me every major update is meant to have a fully fledged chapter, with hours of meaningful content and multiple routes to explore.
So rest assured that when an update comes out, you will have enough content to make the wait worth it. And don't fret—this game won't be dragged out for countless years with 200 "seasons" of like, 4 chapters each. I should be finished much faster than you'd think.

I know one developer. Actually, I think many people know him. Who has already released a bunch of games. And all of them have one problem that he, the developer, doesn't even think about fixing. They all have incredibly stingy and bad endings. That's why I'm ready to wait a long time, but still get a full and complete story. Sooo. no need to rush Chaq to release the update as soon as possible guys.

I love that game ! So much beauties to love... One path per girl (Olivia, Julia, Michelle, Kimberley), one save with the maximum of girls just to see how MC will be beaten by all of them... And i also play one path per Alessa (where will beak Michelle's heart again), one path with Candace will bring fun at work with Kim or Julia, one path waiting for Keyla...
