I can agree with that. I just got an infraction point for defending someone from an obnoxious troll. All they did was share their fanart with the group.

I pray there’s a better alternative to them one day.
I thought Nekohouse would be that considering Kemono stopped updating Subscribestar and Fanbox but nope. It's empty, hollow, and thud.

Unfortunately, it seems like Nekohouse has more functioning importers than Kemono now. Kemono finally disabled the Patreon importer for fixes, leaving only Discord working, which still has a bunch of bugs. I can't get a clear idea of why exactly their development team is such dog shit. I read somewhere on their message board that it was the guaranteed vacation months in Sweden, mid-June to mid-August, but it's been breaking down past few years.
Some nuggets from the kemono admin:
Coomer's OF importer first up to be fixed, meanwhile everything is broken on kemono.
worse thanks to Discord's recent downgrade to limiting image sizes to 10mb, there's really no point to importing the servers

Some servets have higher limits if they are boosted and you can still scrap static URLs if artists are too lazy to change them every month. So it's still worrh imo.
since kemono might not work and will likely be defunct, anyone want to make a new patreon/subscribestar/pixiv fanbox importer site but only to select ones ?

I don't really know the specifics of law surrounding sites like Kemono, but they have a legal statement, which I don't know if applies to exclusively to Swedish websites/citizens.
It might be partially why the admin is not having an easy time getting developers. The site gets blocked in a few places inside and out of the EU, and not sure how many people are willing/able to helping the site out, let alone make a clone of it.

Minor but positive update. They wouldn't be expanding storage if they were shutting down, but doesn't give any clues as to when importers come back online.

It took almost 2 months, but I guess this means work on kemono is priority now, assuming the gonk found some developers for it.

At least it's good news that some fixing is going on in backstage.almost forgot yiff party existed. Was able to find some artists on kemono but not everybody (here's where i put in a request for c.bedford's art) and the video download situation was always finnicky whenever i did find who i was looking for. Found out certain Telegram channels uploaded full patreon vids but its usually of youtuber reaction channels i don't watch. Wonder how they did that.

I missed this exchange, which happened within an hour of coomer's OnlyFans importer being fixed. I spliced in the posts Meow was responding to. Patreon importer is being worked on.

hmmm if fanbox is impossible to extract because of security captcha same with patreon because of cloudshares captcha then in a situation i think instead of exporter or extraction, somebody should download the patreon and pixiv fanbox the old fashion way.
