It’s more like a setup for a proper ending. No, there won’t be an extended cat and mouse section. Players will understand why the game is called Yorna, unravel lore pieces behind Foci, monster girls and the lust obelisk, then receive a fitting ending for their style.I'm curious without any spoilers, but this is 0.4 and the story-line seems to be coming to an end already! Or is it going to be a cat and mouse scenario? Lady Grey gets close but has to keep defeating minions while the antagonist keeps getting away or until the antagonist finally has nowhere else to run?
Personally I would like to see this game extended out, but I could say that about most of the games I play, only the Dev would run out of ideas and have writers block for the next game they want to develop!
Yorna will get 5 more updates from 0.5 to 1.0 and perhaps a bit more if I won’t be able to fit in all the content I want from the time restrictions. This will be the ”core” content build for the game, after which I’ll make a poll about next plans with drafts and possible projects.
Don’t worry about writer‘s block or lack of ideas I already have a pair of nice openings in different settings to spun a decent story. As for the ”I want more” feeling, I take it over ”Wrap it up already” any day Can’t remember the name but one of the big writers suggested ending stories in a way so readers will want to see more. Without being overzealous and making a lot of loose ends, of course. That’s just stupid.
