Lmfao, i remember playing this game in full japanese language and not having a clue where to start. I think i only managed to get a bj scene from some random bystander and that's it. Had no choice but to uninstall the game.

Use WINRAR to extract. Open archive with winrar, press ctrl-e in winrar, then select Japanese Shift-JIS, then extract like normal.
