Looks like you're following the romantic path with Emma, anyway, you have two options to fix that:

1- Start the chapter you want from the chapter selector and decide how relationships works

2- Use this command in the console : $ emma_relation = 0

I like Emma but if you reject her then the makeup scene you get with Zoe and Ruby is way more hot imo, everyone loves a cuckqueen. Makes me wonder if there's more hot makeup scenes locked behind no Emma so I'm running two saves for it.
