When an ORGAN DONOR has the recipient whose life is SAVED by that organ, so that person can continue living a little longer, the DONOR and recipient KNOW one another!
When my girlfriend had HER life saved as a youth from a SHARK ATTACK while surfing, she grew close with the girl who saved her life and her family, still to this DAY we get together and spend time together since they are part of her extended FAMILY!
They are literally sisters from both sides of the family now.

How exactly is the husband supposed to know who worked for his wife? He neither worked with wife nor did even like her.

Why would an employee need to know of her employer's family? And how is the boy's mother supposed to be relevant enough for the husband to have any need to know her in the first place? It's not a family business or some home front bakery.

How, or rather why is it supposed for the husband to know his neighbor? This is neither on a countryside nor is it some small town where everyone is supposed to know each other, it's not even an apartment complex, and who needs to know some people living some blocks away either?!

How is organ donation or shark attack equivalent to a case of mortality? and why would an uptight father supposedly be relevant to some spoiled teenager who's friends with his son whom he failed, also if the girl who saved your girlfriend from the shark attack have lost her life in the process, you wouldn't have heard of her much, no relationship would have been developed for you to hear about.

Though I'm with you on not knowing where his wife worked and this, in particular, doesn't make sense, but you need to chill out any way.

Seriously, my parents might be able to name 2 or 3 of my friends each, and I doubt they'd even get the same 3. Dude has some really unreasonable expectations for communication within a household that's been well established to be broken af.

Oh, SHE recognizes him, mostly as the bad influence to her son. Which shows how disconnected the father was from his family since he DIDN'T. If he had known who the kid was, he'd have let him die.

Good for you, but your passionate concern for a game which you clearly think is mediocre at best is somewhat worrying.

Games are made for enjoyment. I can enjoy what is here. In fact, I think it's great. Which doesn't mean that it's free of problems, some of which you pointed out, but there are others. For me the good points of this game are far outshadowing the bad points.

But if you can't enjoy it, it's simply best to move on.

The game was started, including all the elements you have issue with, in 2020.
Now the game is at season 2, chapter 3.
Personally I think there will not be a season 3, meaning that in a couple of chapters this will be wrapped up and marked "completed".

And how big do you think the chance is that a potential dev reads your post, in this thread?

If you really want to influence a project, then do so at the very beginning. Or open a thread in the General Forum.
But this is futile. Like Don Quichote fighting the windmills. He was also very passionate but in the end he accomplished nothing.

Season 1 is a separate download (also found in the first post), the Season 2 Chapter 3 download contains all chapters of season 2.

Passionate, yes, but why, why did Don Quixote attack windmills? If you know the answer, then you also should know that there is nothing you can do about it; no matter what, he is gonna' attack damn windmills.

Sorry to hear that you are not participating anymore. Your contributions were always welcome and your games are pretty great. TBH I can see where you are coming from sometimes I think that I need to bust on out of here for my mental health too.

Does anyone know where to put the savefile from S1 C14 in the S2 game for Android? Tried to copy the save to android/data/com.zargon_games.young_again2/files/saves but i still got Ruby telling me there is no S1 save. Also tried the Sync folder 8nside the saves folder but no luck either.

Ok so i managed to anwser my own question, but will still leave it here so other people might find it useful:

To migrate your save from the end of S1 C14, you take the savefile from
android/data/com.zargon_games.young_again/files/saves

And put it in:
android/data/com.zargon_games.young_again2/files/saves

Then you open the Young Again 2 app
Now here is the counter-intuative part: you don't press "start game" in the main menu!
If you do that, you will have to start over again (although the game has a quite nice path selection feature to make your replicate your old save)

Instead you need to go to load game, go to the load/save page you had your last save of S1 in, and there you will find your save again in the S2 game. Now just load the save, and it will migrate your choices.

According to his Patreon, he's been working on another game, Rovering To Sussex.
These games are hard to develop and take a lot of time. Anyone who has done a lot of coding knows that it can become a drag after a while and burnout it an issue. It's easy to want to start something fresh. Couple that with constant complaints from users that don't like this or that, bitching about every little thing. I don't know why anyone would want to do it for long, or, at least, spend anytime on this forum. Just my $0.02.
