tried this one, if it releases soon this might be one that I actually spend money on, English translations very good and although there's no permanent status effects the process of curing yourself isn't the easiest either. and the gameplay is challenging if you leave the difficulty on default.

Yup and even with the less monsters on the field settings, the npcs can easily pile up on you 2 if you spend too much time in a single area.
Where can i find the English translation ver. of the game? I think its only the Japanese version on the creator's page
I thought the same for a bit... but no, it's there. You just gotta navigate the options from the main menu until you find it. I can't remember the path off the top of my head.
just try your best to find the language settings, english is there, but not the default

Pretty good game, I was personally hoping for more persistent bad statuses though - Explored a few gameovers and 3/4 that I did were cool narrative branches but ultimately made you load your save from before losing. The other gameover I looked at persists gameplay but the only status given was a "corruption number go up" type of deal.
Not to say this game doesn't fit this thread (obviously it does), but just thought I'd mention there's not much in the way of bad statuses affecting normal gameplay from what I saw.
I still need to finish the game though, so take that all with a grain of salt I suppose.
Gotta say though, i thought the effects would be more permanent other than unlocking cg and raising bad status.

In the latest update of ThornSin, if you get defeated by goblins they ride you like (player controlled) and guide you towards the Bad end scene. Its too brief tbh so you may wait for future updates.
ThornSin in general doesn't really fit the theme of permanent level down or lewd consequences, because it's a rogue-like, so you do a run, get bad ended, and start fresh with no penalty at all.

seedbed pack mod recommended and there are other mods to increase depth like EX Dollification is really fitting for this thread
wish the cheat version of ero dungeons wasn't 18 dollars, like hot damn im broke dude i could barely afford odyssey of Gianna and that was 10 bucks for everything
cheese tip for the normal/demo ver get the stuffstuff mod get the goku class unlock the upgraded gear for goku and train intelligence until 20 and now you have a nuker that can nuke bosses with 108 crits beams with 3 stacks during 1 turn set up you can run horses or dancers as they work in giving more inv or getting turns to goku making the nuke in turn can easily clear most hard bosses and hard bosses/enemies from other mods
You can change version from demo to full and enable console by changing params in code of godot with godot pck explorer.
As i remember someone write about this in last posts of game on f95
