this game progression is mega weird btw. if you dont want to trigger unwanted flags save often.
So you play the game as it explained , do chores etc. you eventually gonna trigger events for the rooms except the last one on the rooms that have more than 3.

when you get all 100% chores and intimacy in every room, you need to follow a order to not get penetraded . i dont remember each one now , but just save often. and room 201 is weird but you need to do it till you get the cosplay.
Doing that order you gonna get tto 72 lewdness , and now you have 3 rooms where you can get penetraded first.
And you can now enter the rooms at night. well thats were im at.
