Why complain about it though? There are loads more male protagonist games than female ones, and quite a few of them are very high quality.

Sharing an opinion.
This games simple, yet enjoyable.
The lack of translation for the most important menu hurts, but lack of animation is the weakest part.
to be honest with you, I understand that feeling, not with female protagonists though.
The way I see it is that it makes stakes go higher for the player or on the other hand, makes it easier for them to get the CG if they are here only for that, but i understand what you mean, even if it would requier the game to turn the player into the ghost.
Also, they made a second game (i think this one was the first) that has a tiny bit more to it but is overall the same thing, I wish they kept the actions to check who is the ghost in the second game but whatever.

Very OK game, pretty simple, it's like phasmophobia but porn and developed for the gameboy. The lack of animation kinda sucks tbh, there's not even any special effects beyond fades and color shifts, just the still image and that's it.
Though I'm too dumb to understand what the television, the lights, and the painting water leak mean for identification of a ghost, or if they do anything at all, it's not explained in the translated in-game guide.
I didn't get any flags, neither from firefox nor from defender, so it seems to me that the gofile upload is OK in my end, hopefully that's the case. I'd hate to get a virus

Lustful Spirit Hunt is kinda similar with a male protag but I don't know if it still gets updated, I feel you tho
