Because the Author made the artistic choice to do so. (It's also easier to make when you don't need to work on the story chronologically...) When the entire thing is done, there's a possibility a chronological playthrough will be added.

Has sorta relevance to what you said. Totally agree with your tags though that endgame pregnancies are annoying. I want to see some reality with the MCs constantly blowing inside without protection and getting a girl pregnant.When are we gonna get a pregnancy tag?
Speaking of, any recommendations for AVNs that have a good preggo lady or five? I've found a few but not many good ones.

Appreciate the list. I'll start checking them out, at least some of them. Though I did try to look for Apartment Wives, but couldn't find it. Just a couple 2d Japanese AVNs.

Not sure if you already have it, but a tag I'd look forward to is male domination/submission training - where you over time convert a stronger willed person into a submissive partner, but haven't played much of the game yet, so this may not be a suitable tag for the game - just something I personally like in games especially ones with graphics this amazing!

anyone know why pic 2 shows the option to walk in but in-game the only option is to wait? there's a couple choices in here with only one option, which makes me think this might be the free/public version and the other options are patreon exclusive or something.
