so where is the medical district?

For me it was the next day after the BJ from Meredith. But apparently its apart of the main story quest line so after Lucy's quest to the police station, the next day when you leave the home you'll be confronted by Fiona to take her to the Underground Subway Terminal in the Eastern District. After she repairs it you'll have access to the medical district.

That may be in the public release. He tried to add it in kinda at the last second but didn't have time. The new cheat option will be in the bedroom. That is why the MC's room got changed.

For me she just appeared randomly one night after progressing with the moms story line. So my best advice is to progress with the mom or some other characters questline???
