I thought building the garden is the key for new contents with Meredith, but it was not.

Best way to sustain food/water is not to recruit new members early (they don't have special content yet aside from aunt anyway) and focus on building garden/fountain first while progressing with mom/sis in the meantime.
Well, the problem is, Meredith doesn't ask me for the wine.
If I talk to her, conversation just ends without any line
and I have no active quest
