In his previous game, he said he got turned off when his supporter harassed him to put the content in. He also said something like he will never have pregnancy content in H-games because it's a turn off for him too.

Fair enough. I wouldn't call an idea or suggestion, harassment. A dev is definitely entitled to develop his game the way he wants.

Some get down right nasty about it and I for one don't like it. There is a huge difference between that and making a request or suggestion.
