#9 Memory Lane

Once you enter the facility, use the doors in the back (which are now unlocked) to enter the facility proper. Enter the room and examine the lever. Use it to lower the water. Make your way to the east side of the room to find another lever. Pull the lever to raise the water back up. From this lever you should see a brown pipe shoot it and lower the water again. A new path is now available to the north of you. This will lead you to another lever. Pull it to raise the water again. This time shoot the nearby blue pipe. You can now make your way to the door in the north west corner.

I haven't found any way.
If I ask Lucy, she tells me I have to shoot the pipe.
I died 5-6 times shooting at the pipes and nothing
Is the mission not complete or what is happening?

It was silent a long time, and then only small updates, not story wise progress was added....

Done with the main quest.
Though I'm confused with Fiona's status. Two hearts but there are no more quests when I talk to her. She and Sasuke already had sex. So I'm expecting her status should be 3 hearts like what happened to others.
I guess there will be more scenes for her.

And I'm confused with other recent response. There's a bathhouse? Also, I can't find the blueprint for the fresh garden. I only got the fresh garden+ which I can't build because of pre-requisite.

The blueprint for the fresh garden is in the water supply station on the west side of the town.
