As Man_in_hat365 said, this is the reward update for Jessie win in the 2022 Milf Showdown. There is going to be one more small update like this for Rachel since she tied for the win with Jessie. There is also a secret update that he recently mentioned but nobody knows anything about it.

So in short the game is done, but since the characters were popular extra content was added.

This update was bonus content from Siren's Milf Showdown. (if you cite earlier in the thread.) The content added is miniscule to even consider it a whole ass update/remove the complete tag.

As stated earlier, the game was completed. The additions are basically DLC that have no effect on the completeness of the story.
