Currently there is stuff that hints at it (You can blow your load inside and the girl says I wonder what will happen), but nothing concrete as far as I have seen.

Anyone know what triggers the stuff in .3?

Either check save of @FinalZero just posted, or do a quick search for newer saves. To the right at the top, enter 'save' or 'mom save' in the search form, make sure you're only searching in 'this thread'. Read results and choose newer saves, as those for older game versions might or might not work.

Or, even better - get brand new version 0.63, choose relationships at beginning and play on. This time you already know what and how to do, so it won't take long to catch up to where you left.
