anyone got a clue on how to acquire the 2nd booze to increase your hp (i know it is located at the power but i find the 2nd booze difficult to get) any tip? thanks in advance.

It is in the powerplant's basement. Go to the room furthest to the right and it should be at the bottom of the room.
