It was just updated, the creator took a long break from mugen and just came back and had a collab to update it.

Go in the settings, lower the difficulty, which makes opponents more dumb and slow for most part. Some are still absurd, but can't do much about it.
And while you're at it, bind your keys in there. And don't forget to save them.
There's a training mode if you want to test things.

It's made for hands-free gaming, not a fighting game experience. The sex attacks last a whole lot longer than any Arc-sys/FuraPan combo you can imagine and can lead into more sex moves.
