Figured out the bug that was preventing me (and others) from progressing to Mia's evening scene. Quick fix: open console, type
influence = 6. Slightly more involved fix, issue seems to stem from line 8526 in events.rpy.See my comment right before this, but put
influence = 6 into the game console, should fix the issue right up.
