Games like these are rather easy to make, hence why there's so many of it. I honestly doesn't even think this qualifies as a "game". The game aspect was bare minimum and it feels more like just like a RPGM walking simulator mixed with CGs added flavor text

Well yeah, porn game developers see that they can make money off a game without even having to make a plot.This genre is really kicking off these days, two years ago there weren't a lot of these NPCs games

It's easy to make games like this. Just look at the countless copy paste NTR games that are basically the same 3 plots being recycled. This just takes the pointless dialogue out of the equation.
But it's not as popular as many are claiming. There are like a handful of these games on dlsite. They pop up here more often because it's pretty easy to translate vs the more complicated, and better, jp games.
