So much preamble ive tried to play this game 3 times but have alt f4-ed out of boredom in the intro. is there a skip option i missed

Not exactly "missed", but yes, the developer just uploaded a new version with ability to skip intro. See a few posts above.

The graphics are good and the game overall looks promising. But I never figured out how to use the two ropes in the cave. I killed the spider, came back to the beginning and searched for a long time before giving up. And after reloading my game I reached a checkpoint and found myself against enemies and impossible to use my weapon. I don't know if it was supposed to happen like that.

I'm really excited for this game but as of right now, it's completely busted.

I liked the intro and I'm excited for more of the story, but after that I'm greeted with 3 portals and no indication on what to do. That is the first bug as I'll explain later.

So, I enter the first portal (weapon's training) and can't seem do anything. I look in the key bindings to see what I need to press to equip my gun, how to shoot, how to reload, and all that. Weird that it's a tutorial and it doesn't tell me any of this.

Now on to the actual training, but I can't interface with the hologram. I come back here to read a post that I need to "hold" E and not click it. So I got that down. Training complete. Next I enter the other portal to begin the sex minigame but nothing works. No matter what I press, nothing works. I read the posts her and see that I can get soft locked in it.

So I quit the game and try again, I see a prompt to press - to skip the cut scene but it only repeats it. That doesn't work. So I wait for the cut scene to end and I'm back in the tutorial but now there is text to guide me on what to do. That didn't happen the first time. It tells me the buttons I need to use to use my gun. (I repeat, these messages did not appear in my first playthrough, weird bug). Okay, so now the game is working as intended? Weapons training portal complete.

I get to the sex training part and now there is a timed beat minigame to generate points. That did not happen the first time I played. I think the game was just completely broken the first time I booted it up, but now it's working I guess. Very odd.

Now that everything seems to be working, here are some changes I hope are made.

-Aiming at usable interface like the hologram to start a tutorial or switches is too difficult. A dot in the center of the screen to notify me of what I'm aiming at is needed. Blindly moving around to position the character until a prompt is revealed is tedious.

-The Dash needs to refresh charges. Not take them away. Once I get into the world, I dash twice, now I have one dash left. So I jump and just when I'm about to use the last dash, it goes to 0 charges and I fall to my death and have to redo everything I've done. That is absolutely ridiculous. It should have gave me an extra charge rather than take away what I had left over. Dashes need to recharge over time. Not completely reset to 0 with dashes left over.

-Text at the bottom of the screen moves too fast, I can't read it. Granted my reading might be slow because I like to play porn games with a couple of beers in me, so that might be on me. If this game gets voiced, that problem will be solved. if not, maybe a confirm button for each message might be needed maybe? Maybe text boxes that pause gameplay? I'm not sure on the solution, but it's too easy to miss the dialogue.

This game has huge!!! potential, and I'm only hard on it because I'm excited for it to be in a more playable state. You are a very talented Dev with a great vision, I can see that. It just needs a whole lot more polishing. You rock, and keep kicking butt!

I struggled with ropes a little too but then I just decided to shoot entrance hole with gun and while holding RMB on the rope piece hanging from the ceiling it showed me "Press E" prompt.

And so, the most lame training in life. I got a softlock during training, I couldn’t use the skill, I won’t watch the NOT skippable and terribly drawn-out plot again. All the best and good luck turning this parody into a normal, working game.

Finished the first part I find in front of me a big sword and near it appear enemies!
I click to pick up the weapon but it doesn't work.. why?

Try holding E instead of pressing it. According to comments, some places to press E need you to hold E for a short time.

you have to climb up the stairs in the beginning, look up in just the right spot, and hold E

anyway... bugs

• checkpoints are hopelessly broken:
  • dying in the cave skips you to the mutant fight
  • dying in the mutant fight gives you the same checkpoint. the issue with this... is that you lose all your items.
  • the checkpoint also spawns you without the ability to switch to the rifle somehow, but also somehow with the ultimate unlocked
• you can fall off the side of maps
  • this should just be something we can't do
• (personal preference, but) i really don't know about the dash as an ability. walking speed is extremely slow for how big the maps are so i'd prefer sprinting as a base movement mechanic
• the rifle seems to disappear after crawling, so you have to scroll through the controls settings tab and figure out that you have to press 1 to get your rifle back so that you can actually do the spider fight, like at all
• as others have mentioned, holding E is confusing. but i don't think that should be a thing in the first place, it just makes the controls feel janky
• similarly with having to look at a very specific angle because the "press e prompt" is very finicky so you have to look in its direction, andbe so close to it that you're basically on top of it - close enough that you can't just look in its general direction
  • e.g. you look at an enemy -> you kill the enemy -> their drops drop on the ground and you have to move your mouse just the right way to even see the "press E"
• also there's basically no zoom on the rifle
• inventory key is unusable (i is all the way on the other side of the keyboard)
• no autopause
• unskippable cutscenes and dialog is far from ideal, especially if you're replaying the level for the 17th time cuz you fell, or were killed by the spider, or died some other way and respawned into a broken checkpoint

feature requests:

• front view of the character in inventory view
• an option to have a paperdoll in the corner (front view except outside of inventory view) would be nice

It's worth a try, I've tested on GTX 1060 and runs with 70 FPS
