The beginning of that Ada video...when I first saw it I thought Mr X kicked the table so hard that Ada's clothes flew off. Turns out it was just papers flying off.
Mr X just doesn't it when someone says, "Papers, please."

Bitrate is basically like the image quality of the video per second so a higher bitrate results in a higher quality image. Whether or not you notice it can potentially rely on your monitor but if you also sit far enough away (or perhaps don't have a monitor that outputs at whatever the resolution the video was encoded at), you get diminishing returns so if you don't see a benefit, save the space and get the normal one.
