You know I got to give it to you, after some other games I tried out, you manage to do a really good job getting the hands and feet to look right, so well gross seeing a chick leaning on her fingers and they somehow end up twice their size or worse the typical 6-foot milf with a 10-year-old girls feet, not to mention actually looking like they are doing what they are doing, like sitting on the sofa not just glued on.

For what MC does with Jenny's training should this game/VN have the male domination tag?

It is certainly arguable that the game should have the Maledom tag although a case could also be made that is unnecessary given the BDSM tag. I haven't an opinion but it seems that both maledom and femdom tags have more specific fetish elements present such as the sub being unwilling but powerless to stop it for some reason. Jenny is not at all reluctant and pretty much laps it all up like a happy puppy so that might not do it for people who are into the cruelty of the fetish. If you take it too far with Jenny you can even lose her because THS will not permit you to mistreat their assets.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure male domination should be tagged here. Consensual or not doesn't matter: what happens is the very definition of that.
I don't think the other case is very solid. Yes, BDSM includes domination, but it doesn't specify who is dominating, and it includes other things outside of domination. Also, domination doesn't require one to be unwilling; willing domination is a part of sexual domination as well.

Once the dev (xxerikxx) decides to get it uploaded here, it will be available. Kindness all around. Seriously, though, the dev is more than generous to provide it here himself. There's no need to try to torpedo his efforts on Patreon by being impatient like this.

What's more, when versions have been leaked here they are usually development builds that are not ready for release. This isn't conducive to an enjoyable gaming experience. It is better to be patient in the long run.
