This content is not in the game, it is a recently added dlc that is not even translated by kagura, they release this free dlc later.
the dlc that narrates the yukata arc from when he leaves koko town until he returns grown, It is not part of the base game, it is an alternative game that is part of the story, it is a dlc that is not within the base game, but is another separate game that complements the base game.
first you play the dlc to see how yukata grows and then you play the base game but this dlc is not translated yet so we will have to wait for kagura to translate it or someone releases an mtl version

The community version available for download doesn't seem to have the same font/translation as the ones in the preview images. Anyone know how to find that version of the game's script?

Is there a guide for this game? I'm stuck and the hints are vague. I need to polish the pot to cook the ingredients in, and I'm supposed to find someone underground but... I have no clue where this is. There's a hole that leads to a small underground part in the main town but there's no one there, beyond this though I have no clue where a different underground area could be. Could anyone help?

The fortune teller gives you good hints on where to go next.
For this part specifically you go to the hole at the school's entrance map.
Is it just me or the game constantly fades to black unnecessarily when engaging a conversation with the NPCs?

I'm less interested in the game as without the DLC it isn't worthing picking up currently. I'm however much more interested in how much content got censored in the KG release. Or worse, broken. Do keep us posted gentlemen 
kg version is the same as the original game it is rare that kagura cut content, I think I remember that it only did so in megasuki and because the game did not have a patch to remove censorship and because it had sex with minors and in heroes antidomibut the same once the patch was applied you could play the original content without censorship.I'm less interested in the game as without the DLC it isn't worthing picking up currently. it is true that steam allows sexual content but there is many red flags, that's why there are the kagura or otaku plan or fakku patches to be able to enjoy the content that they have to censor to sell on steam and gog so it's not that simple and going back to the main theme it's the same content as the original game and they have not censored anything as long as you have the version of their platform or the version of steam or gog with their patch applied

ngl, the earlier muchi muchi series game is the one i have started to play when i was first got introduced in rpgm hentai games. second is tamami's hentai adventure. So this new muchi muchi game is very well received for me tbh. I did saw this game around a year ago when it was still newly released and kinda ignored it since it hasn't been translated yet and now i see this thread and man i'm so excited to see its translated already.

It's impossible to do that. The fading is basically the game loading the scenario. When you trigger an h-scene the RPG Maker has to load another map / instance, where the scene happens. Almost every single RPG maker game will behave like that.
