Ok, so I found some korean translation of v.1.09. I instaled latest english translation patch on this version. This should work but i don't know how much jap->kor->eng would work compared to jap->eng. For now i don't have time so if anyone gonna play it, please tell if this version even working properly.

thanks! I try it out and report later if there are errors.

What differences are there between the 1.08 and 1.09 versions?

Also, how do I befriend the Hard Succubus? She's my favorite succubus in the game and she keeps beating me up whenever I try and be her friend.

There's no Vigor bar in my game, either.

I'm actually not sure what the differences are. 62studio's Ci-en article about it doesn't mention much, and DLsite's version history doesn't include 1.09 despite that apparently being the version currently available. I do know that there's no new content and save files from earlier versions are incompatible with 1.09.

Copying what I wrote on the wiki:
To befriend Hard Succubus, use Action followed by "Touch her body", then use a Chest element attack on her repeatedly. It is also possible to raise her opinion of you by letting her bring you to 0 Vigor, but this is not recommended.

I will admit, the Hard Succubus was a bit confusing even with that. I got lucky doing a bit of all of that. I didn't want to accidentally win the fight, but luckily that didn't seem likely to begin with. Spamming chest attacks after the Action and hitting 0 Vigor Twice barely got her for me on my last playthrough.

That is odd and it's too bad that old saves aren't compatible with version 1.09.

Thank you for the Hard Succubus explanation. I must have happened to do as you suggested as a fluke and got her on the first try. I will do as you suggested the next time I wrestle her for a red crystal. Speaking of which, what is the best way to farm those? I currently need about 30 more to craft the Aeon Diamond *3 and Coral *3.

Have you been befriending everyone? If you've been befriending everyone, I found it much easier to just run through the areas looking for the big puffy clouds. Those are always materials, which you can craft up to the 3* once you get enough of them. If you're going about it a different way, I don't know... I was under the assumption that each area dropped it's corresponding crystal color, so I guessed that all the enemies in that same area would drop red crystals.

I've befriended most of the succubi, the only one I can think of not befriending yet is the Hard Succubus. I saw the puffy clouds and grabbed them as soon as I saw them but idk how to get them to respawn.

I did manage to collect enough red crystals after wrestling enough Hard Succubi for them after lots of grinding - Both figuratively and in game lol.
My question now is that I think here is the crossroads with that infamous "Genocide" route I've heard of. The fairy is giving me the option to "Gain the power to kill succubi". What are the differences between accepting the power or saying "I'll never need it"?

I think all I did was head back to town, sleep, then head out again to get the clouds to respawn.

If you say "I'll never need it" Then you lock yourself out of Genocide permanently on your current save. If you take it you get an item that you would have to equip that, when you defeat a succubus while holding, permanently removes that one from the map. They will not respawn. The guide on the wiki made it sound like you only have to defeat one of each type of succubus, but I had to just go through and defeat most of them in an area before the rest would despawn.

What I did at this point was I made a backup of my entire game folder... Which is unnecessary, but I wanted to be safe. Though I don't know if keeping a completed genocide save would have an effect on the title screen after the true end...

I think there are only two scenes unique to Genocide, and the fight you have to do is... easy if you can do the damage fast enough. I think I had to drop the difficulty to easy and it still took me a couple of tries, so be warned. Once you get to the fight, you can't leave to find/buy better gear, so get as well equipped as you can first.

I guess the clouds respawn in different areas each time an area is entered?

I had a hunch choosing peace would lock the player out of the succubus genocide ending. I didn't know using the item would permanently remove succubi from the landscape. That is kinda sad given the upbeat tone of the game. How does Fess react to you un-aliving her succubus sisters? If I choose genocide but don't equip the item, would that still lock me out of the non-genocide ending? Also, what if I only un-alive a couple of succubi?

I didn't know wiping out the succubi would change the title image for the game, I'm guessing Fess no longer appears on it if you kill off her sisters? I think I will make a copy of the game just to be safe. I like Fess and I want as much of her on my adventure as I can get <3

Lastly, never got into the desert church, is that post-game content or did I miss something? Also, I happened to bump into Mea in the Persephane Forest and Raspberry Plains, is there a trick to seeing her at the other two high places?

My understanding is that accepting the item is only the first step... to get the Genocide ending, you must go to each area in an attempt to wipe out all of the succubus. It is Genocide after all, you don't complete genocide if you only kill a few. And just to clarify, killing one "Succubus" only makes that specific one stop respawning, unless you've killed enough in an area to make them all stop. Honestly, I didn't pay too much attention lore-wise as I was doing my Genocide run, I was doing it just to be able to say that I did, and to see the scenes locked behind it. Fess does have a reaction though, I will say that much without spoiling anything. As far as only killing a couple... well, I think you'd be better off having a backup of the game/save. Even if the game mechanically will let you, seems kinda wrong to just casually kill a few while making friends everywhere. :p

I haven't tested it, but supposedly if you delete the completed Genocide save, things should go back to normal. But since I wanted to keep it, I made a backup of the whole game just in case.

As for the Church, it's not post game, just a bit tricky to find on your own. You need to have befriended the Goddess boss first before they will let you in. And enemies will only spawn inside the church at night. Mea is another "feature" that is reliant on how many succubus you've befriended. If you want the true ending, you will need to befriend them all and find Mea in each area, but there is no specific point that locks you out from that. Similar to Lust Grimm, after you beat the final boss, I believe you get to keep going through the world at your own leisure, and can re- challenge her at any time.

Thank you for providing this response to all of my last questions. That image is what I would have expected from un-aliving all of Fess's fellow succubi. There aren't that many succubi in each area so wiping them out would be pretty easy. I guess they really have been starved for succubus food. I guess you could say you can't stop at just one but then again it would get pretty lonely if it were just MC and Fess. Come to think of if, we never see fess's sprite outside the house and in front of anyone else... Could she be a hallucination of MC's mind I wonder.... (I feel a fan theory coming on). It would be odd to only kill a few but I do hate Police Succubus and the Nekomata tho

That makes sense about Mea and the church. I will have to go befriend the goddess and then go looking for Mea (A girl who nobody else can see btw). Do I have to show up at any specific time in order to encounter her? Also, I have all four of the red books, what can I do with those?

I rather like the both the Nekomata and Police Succubus's scenes... :(
And don't forget to finish the game before making fan theories, you might get proven wrong pretty quickly. ;)

For Mea there is no specific time that I know of, but you do have to meet her in order. You've met her in the Forest and Plains, the Desert should be next, then the city. You should have befriended 15 Succubi for her to be in the Desert, and 30 for the City.

The books go into a house inside of Fess Town.

The green roof right there, just next to the north exit to Fess tower. Which reminds me that on my file there (Still in progess, but it's been a little while) I only had two books. Gotta go hunt those down real quick now.

And of course! Glad I could help. This was one of my first, and one of my favorite series to play. I personally don't like that most peoples response is just "Look at the wiki". If I can help, I will. :)

I usually do wait but I've been conditioned to make theories per-completion after being a part of the Tower of Trample and Domina fandoms for years. But yea, I agree that does leave my theories open to being incorrect by the end.

I've already befriended most if not all of the regular succubi. If I need more I will revisit the bosses next. Thank you for telling me about where to put the books. They seemed like such an important part of the story given their locations but then once I got them there were no more hints when I clicked on them in my inventory.

I try to stay away from reading the wikis while playing a game as it's an easy way to spoil yourself.
