That's not happening, Jikei posted a side character poll and she wasn't even listed (and they listed every single female in the game).
how can I use the save files that were kindly provided to access the full gallery? I tried the obvious thing of putting a save into the saves folder, but it doesn't show up in the game.

Pretty weird, maybe you didn't do everything that could be done during the scene, but enough to get the next relationship level ?

back reading a lot of pages sucks, but I think someone posted the "gallery" with the indication of the activity's time, place and person. anyway, please post your gallery screenshot, there's nothing on your post.
For Esther you are missing ''Sauna Event''. Should be automaticaly triggered in the morning I think.
Should be one of these:
Level 20
● Morning - Her room | Visit her.
Level 21
● Morning - Your room | Auto-event when you wake up (will occur on a Wednesday
or Thursday).
For Fanora:
Level 20
● Afternoon - Sweet Treats | Buy something to eat.
● Afternoon/ Night - Naira’s Room | Take panties from bag. (Night is easier to access)
● Morning/Afternoon - Mall>Full Moon | Buy panties from bin.
● Night - Her room | Give to Fanora.
For Naira I think you are missing this:
Level 22
● Afternoon - Her room | Read her last diary entry (in her dresser). Enter her room
through Esther in the garden.
● Night - Your room | Look at Naira’s cam.
● Night - Her room | Visit her.
Not sure how you managed to miss it. I thought the next events can not be trigered before doing these. Did you use any cheats,...?

I don't expect people to read the entire thread, but at the very least try reading the last page, it doesn't hurt and people repeated the same question 4-5 times in the last page, you literally can't skim without people talking about Naira.
And there's a walkthrough in the OP, use it.

Then try and load up your savegame hit ESC go to Gallery and try and hit ''Fix Gallery'' button (top left).
is this sandbox or time sensitive VN where you have to do the right actions in time or you miss out? I'm in this 23 days in-game and I want to know if I am going to have to replay for second and third paths

what I meant is if I stubbornly continue to play, will I be able to encounter all the story lines one at a time or something equal... cause I feel like I missed some content through bad choices

you NEED to continue playing of course. Like I said before, there are certain scenes that will be triggered if you've met the requirements e.g. level of chars, number of day or week. There's no bad choices in this game, it's just a continuity of triggering events to unlock scenes. Pardon for asking but did you start the game with the cheat or did you start from Day 0?
