The degradation of values has been reduced quite a lot, so much that some scenes are skipped.
This is the note at the beginning of Ahchi's play through.
(NB; Exercise (Exc) is a hidded stat, which
Will decrease by *1* point on Mondays, Tuesdays
and Wednesdays)
(NB; Jen/Rel and Ash/Rel Will decrease
by *5* point on Mondays, Wednesdays and
Fridays and by *10* points on Tuesday)
I ran some tests on my game, and there is no degradation on Tuesday at all. At least one degradation only affects the mother.
The problem is that your values instantly go really high. I was using URM to monitor the values, and choices. There are lots of scenes that I was locked out of because the relationship values simply grow way too quickly. When there are two or three versions of a scene based off relationship values a lot of players will just skip to the final one never seeing the earlier ones.
It is just all out of wack.
I was starting a new game since I hadn't played in a long time and none of it made any sense. I can access some scenes way too quickly, while some low level scenes are simply skipped over.
My guess is that you can easily gain 100 relationship points a week while losing only maybe 10 a week from degradation.
Without the degradation a ton of code needs to be rebalanced as it would be almost impossible for players to hit some of the lower value scenes.
In my game I haven't gotten a job or finished some basic steps but I can access scenes where the sister and her friend are running around in skimpy bathing suits because the relationship values are out of wack to the rest of the game. I haven't even really interacted with the sister's friend as I just learned how to design their web page, but I can access scenes where I am talking about fucking them.
Seems like it is messed up.

Without readjusting the early parts of the game? The early parts of the game are broken due to these adjustments. It simply doesn't work. New code has to be added to prevent scenes from being skipped and also to prevent early access to scenes. This is especially true with the sister. It is just totally broken and makes no sense what-so-ever.
I couldn't figure out what was going on. It goes from 0 to 1,000 in like 10 days. You can literally fuck your sister and her friend before you can kiss your sister because the throttle on a lot of scenes is relationship only, and that simply doesn't work when the numbers go up so quickly.

After the Game was "Rebalanced" in V18, (Which fixed many issues and made (re)starting possible)
Many players had problems adjusting to the new "Point system"
To help them SNC then revised it in V20,
that with some "Retro-active" changes to a number of events,
(may) have once again upset the "Balance" of the game.
At this time I would recommend start with V18, then update to V19,
Once you have done V19, miss out V20! instead go straight to V21,
and then V22.

Don't use my video pack for v21 on the v22! It can break the game...
The dev have made significant modifications to the old files.

Fuck me. After doing the Naomi ratting on me scenes, which are necessary to increase domination of Jen (but you can only get 3 dom points then it stops), it resets Jen back to being upset about watching porn, so essentially it locks her progress. At 21:00 I only either watch a documentary, or give her a massage and then go jerk off. In the AM, we are back to her going to work and Naomi trying to scare me. WTF do I have to do to start making progress with her again. Also, I have checked every timeslot for working at the Cell store and I cannot trigger any more events. This game needs a fucking walkthrough!

so it sounds like I played a broken version of a game with an already ridiculous grind and convoluted progression system
