Ya a “completed” tag is not the best indicator of quantity/quality of content … when choosing what games to dl & play from here.
The nature of how the developers of h-games make a living doesn’t lend itself towards striving towards “completion”... you want to look for a project with regular significant updates, a good amount of developed quality content, & if those criteria are met typically the project will be rated well. The individual game thread will often have posts that touch on the developers reliably & quality of content.
HH has lots of content & the developer is very consistent with updates and bug patches. The developers schedule feels slow but it ISN’T because every update has CONTENT …they have NOT ever put out an “update” with little to no substance in an effort to milk their customers.
Hope this info is helpful in your search.
However if you are ocd about a story being FINISHED I can understand that as well.
That being said … I have seen MANY COMPLETED projects that don’t have 1/4 of the total content that the un-complete HH has.

And you should always keep in mind that F95 is loaded with trolls, so in the reviews of a game you will always find bad reviews for different games from different people.
What matters is the majority of the reviews and as you will see, Harem Hotel rates very well with the majority of the people.
It is a huge game with tons of content and story, and it still has a ways to go before it is completed.
As a visual novel, this one is essentially, Gone with the wind, with elves.
So, expect it to be a long read, and with a lot of details and background stories.
But it is very enjoyable for anyone who wants a good story.
It takes me out of the scene though. Maria forced herself onto an event between Autumn and the MC in the garden. It was an intimate moment between the two. He was just rubbing her breasts. I liked that. But the moment I saw Maria and Android looking at the camera footage of the two I knew she was going to ruin it. I skipped through the entire event because of that. She wasn't needed for the story. Oh no, Autumn didn't get eaten out by a girl. I don't care. Even in a porn game a nice moment that isn't sexually driven can be ruined by someone wanting sex. She is much too horny. Distractingly so. I like Maria, I really do. But using her to get others to have sex kinda betrays her own wants. To not be seen as a sex object. But here she comes trying to fuck everyone just because she can which is not how she wants to be seen as. And easy lay. I was glad those other scenes between her and Android were removed, except for the anal but I skipped it, because it feels out of place. If Maria was apart of the story of Autumn during her trip to the grave, I would not have cared about the trip anymore cause Maria wasn't take anything too seriously and just try to fuck all the time.

I'm not going to shit on your point of view, you don't like how she's involved in those scenes and if that's your take, it's your take. That's cool. I don't personally agree. Some minor takes though: she can want to have sex with the people she cares about 24/7 without being an easy lay / sex object. Those aren't mutually exclusive to each other - she likes having a good time with the folks at the hotel because they're really the closest to family she knows. Expanding the "harem" for the MC is just a thing she likes to do.
I don't see her changing that much in the future. She's been like with nearly every female character that has been introduced (main characters I actually think it's all, side characters only 2-3). Runey reads the feedback, so maybe he'll read your post and pick a thought or two out of it for the future.
Constructive feedback is always appreciated even if the views aren't always lined up with others.
Must be an older scene, the ones I remember were still in the v17.
I'm fine with her hooking up with the other girls. Like when she and Lin got together during her tied up scene. Thr MC wasn't a part of that initially and was invited to have fun. The scenes with the Android felt contradictory though to how she ultimately feels. She knows Android is sentient, yet wants to use her like a personal toy. That's just me though. I'm only talking moments where it could be a heated moment, or something between two characters, then she is put in to make it sexy. Like if it wasn't sexy we wouldn't like it. Maybe that's me liking the romance before the sex. I hope I wasn't coming off as an asshole.

As has been said many times before for various reasons in this thread.
The dev cannot make everyone happy.
That is impossible, but you are one of the few who has complained about Maria.
Her involvement in various scenes play a critical role in the development of various main characters.
If those scenes are made optional, then anyone opting out will not understand the critical role that she played in helping those characters to grow.
There is a keyboard shortcut that allows people to fast forward past content that they do not want to see, and I am sure that one of the other regulars can post it for you, because I forget what it is at the moment, because I never use it.
As for android, well, Maria was still growing too, and understands now more than she did what it is like to be seen as a lessor being.
You have to take in to consideration that the android started out her existence as a sex doll, but she has evolved beyond that, whereas Maria, at that time still saw her as a sex doll.
Smarter than the others, but still a sex doll.
Maria has been learning though, that the android is far more than just a sex doll.

Skip key is either holding CTRL or tab, IIRC. Though you will likely need to turn on skip unseen for that.
IIRC, there was a bit of pushback on that scene when it first came out, but it was not constructive, so we mostly ignored it and mocked the people who did it. Most of that was just about not wanting to share with her, not about anything else. I didn't really like her abusing that code all that much either, but hey, I also understand what it is like playing with something that is new to you...
Maybe it's changed, but I vaguely remember that scene being part of why she started seeing her as more than just a toy, but it's been years, so my memory is fuzzy... But like I said, I see it more as her letting her curiosity getting the better of her, mixed with her need to play the dominant role on occasion (which we don't let her do to us, thankfully).
What I would like to see, is her helping us dom the others, as our assistant/helper, in a 3-(or more)-way, or maybe even in the fungeon. Like we could go down there and gang up on Hana, fucking her and using some of her toys on her. XD
There are a few characters who might enjoy that kind of thing.

Speaking of Maria, I just got the scene where she goes after Android with anal beads.
Problem is, Maria is currently a slave being held somewhere else (I got the 'blood test' event where she got taken away, but haven't had the money yet to buy Sylvia to start getting her back)

That issue happens when you spend too much time focusing on the events of a single, or only a few characters in the game.
You really need to try to spend equal time with all of the girls.
That way, events play out in order.
There's no way to speed up Maria being gone, I think. She comes back after about two weeks. In my most recent playthrough, that scene with the Android happened many months (game time) earlier before her being taken.
